Honesty- that's what you expect and want from anyone fixing your car.I had around 82k miles on the car and figured I'd change the breakpads/rotors. Sean took a look at it and pulled me aside and asked what I was doing because the pads and rotors were fine. He was able to even show me they were fine. Someone deceptive would just change them for the money. I appreciate that honesty. I truly goes a long way.

First time here I got my brakes done. I found out it was worse than expected and Jay did his best to help with the additional costs and gave a detailed explanation of how the braking process works and why parts need to be replaced/repaired. It’s been a week since I got the service and my car is running well. Technicians are nice too. I would visit this place again for car repair

Not only are they absolutely welcoming, kind, and show that they really care, they will go above and beyond to make sure your car is in perfect shape. What they have done for me to give me peace of mind is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. I will only go to NLAC because I know how honest they are!

Jay and his guys Sean and Mike went above and beyond with my alternator repair. They jumped my car at a different location to get my car to their shop. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my alternator by taking me in the garage to show me the issue. They then helped me with the alternator warranty by calling the other shop that previously installed the faulty alternator. Not to mention the area's best prices for oil changes, hands down. Coming back and telling friends and family. Thanks Jay!

Jay is awesome. My car had so many problems but he got me all fixed up and gave me the best deal by FAR. I went to so many places to get quotes because I couldn't afford how much work needed to get done...He was able to save me so much money it's crazy. I would never take my car anywhere else ?

I cannot stress enough how incredible my experience today was. Jay and his team are so kind, inviting, knowledgeable AND skilled. Top notch customer service and they do great work!!!Jay walked me through everything about my car. He was truthful about everything. But most importantly he took the time to educate me. That NEVER happens.I live 50 minutes away but I will drive out of my way to use their services again. They have a lifelong customer now.I cannot recommend this business enough.
