It's hard to find a good body shop that you can trust. After a bus turned left into my truck, I needed work on the entire passenger side. Everyone I dealt with at both locations (Lombard and New Lennox) were very professional and knowledgeable. They found my specialized running board, tire and wheel. The vehicle looks brand new and drives great. I have only had it back a few days but so far so good! They also worked closely with my insurance, Allstate, so there was no need to argue with insurance and a minimum of paperwork. I did get a bid at another body shop and Crash Champions was competitive (actually lower when they used the negotiated insurance rates) so I would also recommend them for out-of-pocket work. I was dreading finding a reputable body shop but came out of this experience very pleased!

This is the second vehicle we had to get repaired after an accident. Scott and the team are Crash Champions did an amazing job. The process was extremely easy. Drop off and pickup was a breeze. They texted me many times to keep me updated on the process which kept me informed and calmed my nerves. The car looks amazing, you can't tell it was in an accident recently. Highly recommended.

We brought in our 2016 Chevy Malibu after a deer hit the car while my wife was driving home. They are a preferred partner shop through State Farm. They completed the car in less then 2 weeks despite it having over $8000 worth of damage. Looking at the car, you cannot even tell it was in a accident with a deer. My wife only has high praise for the customer service staff and repair techs. They were awesome. I went there today to pickup her work keys which she forgot in her rental vehicle thru Enterprise which is also a partner with State Farm. I have to say that everyone appeared very professional and the office and shop looked immaculately clean. I highly recommend them!

I took my car in for an estimate after getting hit in a parking lot. They looked at it right away and were able to buff out the scratches. They didn’t charge me and were focused on making sure I was happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions New Lenox.

We have been existing customers of Crash Champions for a number of years.Our car was in a minor hit and run that put a small dent in the rear door and damaged the paint on the door and rear quarter panel. The small dent just needed to be pushed out and the damaged paint repaired. In getting estimates we were told this would be a three-to-four-day job.Attempt #1 – Nov 8th – We dropped the car off for repair in New Lenox. The shop had the car for about a week and called to say it was ready. We went to look at the car. The paint on the rear door had light spots and did not match the rest of the car. They buffed the paint off the edge of the rear door and tried to touch it up. They also buffed the paint off the lower rocker panel. We could not get any explanation for the poor quality of the repair. We refused to accept the car.Attempt #2 – The shop had the car for another five to seven days. They called to tell us the car was ready. We went to look at the car. There was junk under the paint on the rear door. They tried to reuse the silver trim around the rear window which was now all scratched up from taking it off and on. We needed the car for work and made arrangements to bring it back to be fixed.Attempt #3 – Dec 5th – We dropped the car off for repair in New Lenox. The shop called us on 12/8 to tell us the car was ready but their employee buffed the paint off the rear quarter panel. They would need to keep the car longer.Attempt #4 – Dec 15th – We received a call that the car was ready for pick up. The car looked much better than the previous three attempts. The front door has drips of clear coat on the bottom of the door and the rear bumper has overspray on it. We took the car home.We will be working with a competent shop to have the clear coat drips fixed and the overspray on the rear bumper cleaned up. Our car was in your shop for a month for what should have been a three- or four-day fix. We wasted a lot of time going back and forth thinking the car was fixed only to find additional quality control issues. We were never given an explanation as to why they had so many problems fixing our car. After this experience with Crash Champions, we will never return and we will let everyone we know about the experience that we had. We experienced a total lack of accountability and care about the client’s property. Really sad that a once good shop has dropped to this level.

Had our vehicle repaired here and they did a wonderful job! You can’t even tell the vehicle was in an accident! Great customer service and communication throughout the process. Highly recommend using them for your collision repair needs.

First I’ll like to send a special thanks to Kelly at the front desk. When I called to bring my car in on 11/08 she was the first person I spoken with. She was very kind and energetic but what brought me in was how welcoming she was both over the phone and in person. When I brought my car to the shop in New Lenox I was of course overwhelmed because of the car issues and stressed about the entire thought process of my car going into the shop. She made all those feelings go away with her smile and words of encouragement. Shortly I met with Toufic who worked on my car through the time she was in the shop. He was down to earth and very calming. The level of professionalism he showed was incredible. He kept me updated through call and text. Even when it was a delay with my car he always was nice explaining things and made me understand without giving an attitude. If I called to ask questions he NEVER made me feel like I was bothering him or asking "dumb" questions. His positive energy made me feel more confident to know no matter how long it took, my car is in good hands. He got my car back to me clean, looking brand new , and also smelling amazing. I waited a week to make a review to drive her around and see if she felt comfortable like before and it’s amazing how I cannot tell anything was wrong with my car at all. I’m truly grateful to picked this location and company to fix my car. To see that it’s still top tier car shops that’s kind and also does great work still around. I wish nothing but the best for the entire crash champion team and if I need more work in the future, I’ll know where to return too.

My car looks amazing. I'm always super worried taking my car anywhere, but they took such great care of it and you would never know someone hit my car. I couldn't be happier with the end result.
