The nurse wouldn’t give me any meds, my condition got so much worse I’ll be going to the hospital now. Waste of money. I’ll never go here again.

After testing positive at this location for covid, I was refused an isolation letter that I needed for work. Two days later they wrote one for my sister when she hadn't even received her results yet. These people are clearly not all on the same page and desperately need some lessons in communication.

I used to love going here. More than my primary doctor actually. They were always very very thorough with explaining things to me and examining me, and also typically spot on with their diagnosis. The last time I was there the nurse practitioner made a few suggestions for something not serious enough to treat with medication and sent me to get bloodwork, I can’t remember the reason why, but it was just your everyday CBC or something and she told me during the visit everything that bloodwork entailed- or so I thought. She called with the results of the bloodwork that I WAS informed about a few days later. A few months go by, I was seeing a specialist for something not at all related to that visit, who said to me while looking through my history “Did you know that you were tested for HIV recently by the minute clinic?” Uhhh no, I had absolutely no idea I was tested, there was not once any mention of HIV during my visit, nor was I informed of the results of that test at the time I was informed of my other results. The specialist I was seeing ended up being the one to tell me those results. Had I not seen that specialist, I don’t think I ever would’ve found out about it. I’m not sure of the legality of this situation but it’s at the very least morally wrong to withhold a patient’s own medical information from them. The results of the test were not concerning, however I felt extremely wronged by the fact that I’d been tested for something that serious without my consent or knowledge, and I’m pretty sure my testing ended up costing more because of it when I never wanted it to begin with. Haven’t gone there since, which I am honestly very saddened by because I did used to be very happy with my experiences there, but I don’t appreciate that kind of behavior at all from a medical professional.

Very bad customer service. Went for a COVID test. I was told I would get results in 2-4 days. On the fifth day I called CVS. I was told “the driver” for Quest Diagnostics told the pharmacist It could be as long as 8 days to get results. The only help I got was that I should call Quest in an attempt to get results. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs!

The Nurse Practitioners are amazing here. I feel like both Beth's are a part of our family! No waiting to see the primary dr., you can come in after school/work when it fits with your schedule. We use minute clinic first for our colds/flu.
