I brought in a prospective used truck for a pre-purchase inspection. The other reviews about Menard Automotive are spot on. Although brief, my experience with Sam was great. He’s extremely knowledgeable and attentive and did a thorough job inspecting the truck that I brought in. While I may not buy the vehicle, if I do, I’ll gladly bring it in to Sam to get the repairs done that he recommended. Solid business.

Sam & his team are as professional & trustworthy as it can get. Always on time , very fair pricing & willing to go through any and all details of any job needed to be done on vehicle with very honest advice for the customer. Could not recommend a better shop to take your vehicle too. (I have had a full engine replacement done amongst other work on my Jeep) 10/10 every job/visit.

I was pressed on time and they were able to get my car in! It was a last minute fix before the labor day weekend and they got it done fast. I wasn't able to get a ride there on time before close but a gentleman by the name of Sam was kind enough to offer me a ride to the shop so I had my vehicle before the holiday. Real cool guys at this shop!!
