Paul came out quickly, pinpointed the problem, and fixed my AC unit in less than 30 minutes. He also educated me regarding the recommended maintenance and things I can do at home to keep my unit running efficiently.

This a really terrific company. They have installed new units in our home, provided service on units, and have always been professional. The technicians treat the inside of our home as if their own, and never leave a mess, and are very respectful. They suggest services without ever being pushy or over-selling. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company who can diagnose a problem, and solve it quickly and proficiently.

We just had our new Heating & Air Conditioning Unit installed yesterday and we could not be more satisfied with the installation. It was done timely and efficiently with a friendly & competent crew. Can't express this enough, RUN! I get a phone call from the owner's wife yelling at me after I explained to her what her tech did after "routine" maintenance talking about she is going to charge me for the coming back out to finish messing up my unit! Shady company, rude and unprofessional, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

Could NOT have asked for better service! I purchased two complete HVAC systems and a hot water heater for my home so this was not a trivial job. The whole process from proposal to installation was a breeze. Very impressed with the work - Sam and his team were respectful of both my wife and me and our home and answered all of my questions before starting the work. Upon completion, Sam went over the entire installation and the crew meticulously cleaned up everything afterwards. Darryl ensured that we were happy with the equipment and with the work that was done. It was important to me to use a local business for this job. I did a lot of research beforehand and Magtek did not disappoint. Their pricing was more than fair and in line with my expectations but they stood out with the way they stand behind their work. I really can't say enough good things about the experience. I highly recommend them.
