this gym is so humid i can’t even do a half hour of cardio cause it’s so hot and muggy. i walk through the front entrance and immediately cannot breathe cause the air is so thick. it’s the middle of november and i don’t sweat this much in the summer. it’s disgusting and makes everything smelly and uncomfortable. i hate it.

Terrible management and unsafe for children.
This place is dirty and overcrowded, and the children room is dangerous, with unprofessional staff, kids are hurting themselves and each other with no reaction from the people watching them.
Tinley Park location clients bring guns and had shootouts in the parking lot as seen on the news.
Absolute garbage business. Save your money, don't buy their membership, you will lose.

I had a great experience. I met some guy name Ora. He was very helpful in showing me around and also gave me tips on certain machines. He got me signed up. I will be back to get my son and daughter signed up with him. Overall great experience.

Personal trainer Mike N. has inspired me and my daughter to enjoy our workouts and make great progress. He is knowledgeable, kind and informative. Highly recommend him!

I really wish this club was reachable by public transportation (PACE). It is so much better than the Tinley Park location. It is clean and organized. I went there yesterday for my first time and I loved it. As someone who uses the bus to get everywhere. I would love regular access to this particular club.

Would highly recommend this gym! I’ve been coming here since they opened the New Lenox location and I’ve always had a great workout. The staff have always been great!!

Overall great gym, way better than the Tinley Park location. Went here for a year before moving and therefore canceling my membership. The place was always clean and usually not too congested at the late times that I'd go. Pool and hottub were clean, maybe a little too clean because twice I started having choking fits from the bleach and needed to leave. Overall a great gym and front desk staff was always very friendly and smiling.

Gm told me I was hired, Had me turn down other opportunities then never called me back. Could have just told me no in the first place so I could’ve moved on with my life

Worst manager and front desk employees I have ever meet! 1st time in your club and was not allowed in the club after we sign up. Manager named Ricky has no customer see skills looks very unprofessional . Will be sending everything to corporate. And to your GM Matt! I will be in to speak with your GM about everything!

wow what a horrible experience will never be coming back to this location, new member that just signed up was not allowed in with a guest due to rude and unprofessional service i am shocked that the manager Ricky has not gotten fired for the treatment of new members!
