Katie and the staff are amazing. Super helpful, especially being a little older and never having a L.A.Tan experience before. Katie and the crew have taken the time explaining the different tanning beds ,bulbs, and lotions . Super friendly and super helpful. As soon as a customer comes out of the room, they go in and clean it right away. I am a happy client.

I really like this particular location. It's clean, the staff is pleasant and wait times are very short, if any. I want to give a special shout-out to Alyssa because she is amazing! Always a smile on her face, very welcoming, so nice, polite, accommodating and all around sweetheart. I come in 3-4 times a week and hadn't seen her and was bummed because I thought maybe she had left. I walked in yesterday and was greeted by her smiling face!

Katie the manager is very nice professional and knowledgeable
If you go tanning I highly suggest to go here, very clean and all the other women that work here are very nice

LAZY workers. The closing time is posted as 9:00 p.m. on Fridays. This should mean that services are accepted to begin through said time; otherwise, how would a customer know what time to come in before 9:00/how much time to allow for a service? A customer could guess, but what if they are incorrect? They would be turned away. I entered the facility at 8:52 p.m. (which is irrelevant, as long as the time was prior to 9:00 p.m.), and requested a spray tan. They turned me away. This is false advertisement. They very easily could've taken me. The worker's reason was that the booth was already cleaned! Complete lack of customer service. I'm telling my friends to choose elsewhere.

I’ve been a client of LA Tan for many years frequenting their Joliet store but have been to this location many times. Katie and Alyssa keep the salon spotless and their ability of professionalism is above and beyond. Great company with great employees at both locations… I’m a very happy client!

They advertise a 'student special' on their social media but then when you get there, they have a sign on the door that says they won't honor that special during prom season. Why make people come ALL THE WAY to your location for a discounted tan and then let them know at the door you won't honor it? You obviously are posting regularly on social media so why not share that important bit of info with your customers?And then when you ask them when 'prom season' is exactly you get some vague answer like 'it started last week I think? And it ends sometime in May.' Huh? If it is sooo critical to eliminate discounts during that timeframe, shouldn't you know the exact dates you're allowed to honor them or not?For a sun tan place, it all seems a little shady...
