I have been here twice for physical therapy (for two separate injuries), and both experiences were fantastic.As someone who has had to do physical therapy multiple times in their life, I can safely say JointPro in New Lenox is the best experience I have had with any PT. Despite two years between my injuries, both experiences were positive. This sort of consistency should be important to anyone who has to go through rehabilitation; finding people who truly care about your well-being in any facet of medical treatment is critical, and I can safely say the staff cares about every person that walks through their doors.Physical Therapy is never something someone wants to go through, but the staff at this location made the entire experience much more welcoming and much less daunting. The genuine kindness and support they provided helped me work through the physical discomfort and pain I was suffering from, and I looked forward to my visits as I enjoyed talking to the staff.I highly recommend this location for any of your physical therapy needs!

I became a patient of JointPro New Lenox two years ago looking for relief for a torn labrum in my shoulder. They did such a great job with my recovery that I came back when I had to have my hip replaced this past December. Keegan, Amanda, and Ray are great PTs and I felt that i had one on one attention versus in my past PT experiences where I felt focus was divided amongst multiple patients. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful staff and great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone. I went here for re-occurring back issues and they setup a plan that help me get back on track. If I ever need PT in future, I know where to go.

You won't find a more friendly, professional and hard working team that gets results and the best out of a client! My DR referred to Joint Pro as a "ma & pa" operation- by which he explained, you will enjoy personal as well as professional care. I sure did!

Didn't realize that I could go for physical therapy without a doctor's referral, but that was the case. When I called JointPro New Lenox, told them the issues I was having with my back and elbow, they brought in for a consultation. They explained how everything worked and set me up with a course of action. Within a few weeks, I was feeling great and I was armed with the info I needed to maintain a healthy posture and avoid back problems with the exercises they put on their website for me to reference. The office is run quite smooth and professionally. I wasn't their toughest case, but I could see how they handled their clients that were really hurting, and I know when I am hurting, I will be going back to JointPro New Lenox.

I can't recommend JointPro enough - Mike and Amanda were excellent in helping me with shoulder pain I was getting from playing disc golf. After about 2 months they helped me increase my range of motion by 20-30% and I no longer have pain when playing. Thanks so much!!!!

I cannot say enough about the people at Joint Pro in New Lenox. I recently had both knees replaced, one in October and the other in November. Needless to say, I needed professional guidance through my recovery. The compassion and expertise I received by the staff at Joint Pro was much appreciated and helped my recovery process. Everytime I entered the office I was warmly greeted by Angie. Angie's positive attitude is infectious. Dr. Mike and Amanda always asked me how I was doing that day. Of course they were trying to gauge my progress, but I always felt that they were genuinely concerned about my well being as well. Both professionals worked with me to change my therapy based on my progress. I never felt that I was just "going through the motions ," instead, I was constantly challenged (in a good way) to help improve flexibility, mobility and strength. Without Mike and Amanda I would not be in a position to engage in activities I enjoyed prior to surgery. Finally, Taylor and Madison were always ready with the equipment that I need for my daily work and helped navigate me effortlessl from activity to activity. Their effort and positive attitude were appreciated. If you are looking for a community to help with your physical recovery, Joint Pro New Lenox should be on the top of your list.

Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is very apparent that these therapists love what they do and have helped me recover my shoulder back to normal. It has been a pleasure working with all them and I would highly recommend this facility.

First, I highly recommend JointPro!I started going to JoinPro 2-1/2 weeks after my first knee replacement surgery. Over the next eight weeks with Amanda's and sometimes Mike's therapy, I made significant progress. I was able to golf a couple times and bike ride during and just after this treatment period. I'm very very impressed with their close observation of not only how well you are doing the exercises and stretches, but they even take the time to notice how you well you are walking in the parking lot before and after each appointment. I've been so impressed that I'll be back there again next week for more therapy as I had my other knee replaced nearly two weeks ago.Everyone there, Angie, Taylor, Madison, Amanda, and Mike make you feel very welcome and they are all concerned about your outcome!
