Terrible customer service from Diane at self-check area. She is always uprofessional, dismissive & mean. Bread is not always fresh. Seen moldy bread on shelves. Deli counter line is always chaotic and the same slicer is used for all meats and cheeses.

I cannot express my gratitude for Patti Jo in the Floral Department ENOUGH! She is a hidden gem ? Not only did she help my frantic hubby the morning of the daddy/daughter dance when she didn't have to, on Mother's Day after getting ridiculously mistreated by a customer at no fault of her own, she went out of her way AGAIN for our family by removing the stems for some roses we were purchasing as gifts to the mother's of our soccer team as a surprise gift. She didn't have to do it, but said she wanted to spread kindness after the negative experience that had just happened. I always hear and see her going above and beyond for customers. She even gave our daughter a balloon after a crazy customer almost ran us over in the parking lot that scared my little 4 year old. This woman is such a gift to this location and I hope they know it!!!

Came here to post a review about incompetence at the deli, only to find out it's an ongoing problem. Too bad. Stopped at this store yesterday about 4:30 pm to grab the cod special for lent. Only to find out that at a time when people are beginning to get off work, the deli is not prepared to serve its customers. There was only 2 scrawny pieces of cod in the warming area and absolutely none being cooked. Common sense should tell a deli worker that when the cooked supply is down to 10-15 pieces, you should drop more because it's on special and around dinner time. And by the way, there was only one other customer at the deli. After reading other reviews, it appears that the staff is not monitored by management and also poorly trained. Shameful**Update**Tried again the following Friday, at the same time.The warming area was stocked with the cod and hushpuppies and fries! YIPPIE! I had to laugh because the young lady wasn't sure what hushpuppies were. I steered her in the right direction. She smiled and we both got a chuckle out of that. Thanks Jewel-Osco!!
