If I could give zero stars I would.
I went to this establishment on 5 occasions. The first was for an oil change. The second was to fix my catalyst converter. The third to get the new catalyst converter replace because it was a default. The fourth and fifth time to consult them about my catalyst converter because my check engine light is still on. To this present day my check engine light is one because of the terrible job this establishment has done. I have to go to another repair shop because of this issue. Ive given them countless of chances to reconcile this. Every time I inquire about my issue the owner frank tells me it has to season and get to the right temperature in order for the converter to work properly and then the check engine light will go off it has been a years and I will never come back to this establishment. Interesting enough the part in was a terrible welding job and the part was used. Making my car obsolete.

I actually got recommended this place from a tire shop I get service from and I been going here every since now a little over 3 months they are soo professional and very fast they helped me fix 5-6 things on my car for a very very affordable price at that I had engine work done body shop work done and even electrical and oil change with each service my car is becoming its old self again and looking like its self again My car would probably be totaled if it wasn't for Jacob's automotive I officially got my check engine light off from working with them and there fast and reliable service!

5 stars plus! Whenever I've needed some minor or major repairs completed, Frank and his team get the job done correctly and efficiently. A very honest and trustworthy team in his garage.

Warning!!! This shop installs used broken parts. My truck needed a front diff and axle. I agreed with Frank(the owner) to put used parts in since everything was on backorder and there was a long wait time he also said he would warranty the parts for 90 days. Even putting on used parts took multiple months. I had issues with the diff before I even left and more issues with the axle within a couple weeks of the repairs. I tried giving Frank multiple opportunities to make it right but he never did fix the axle. I recommend finding another shop for your automotive repairs.

I have taken my 2014 Kia here on 3 separate occasions. The first and 2nd I did not have issues with, they were informative and fixed my car fairly quickly. But this last time, tbh, I’m very disappointed. 1st off they didn’t tell me what was going on until I called THEM. The car had been towed there, when I went to drop off my keys no one answered, I rang the doorbell several times. So I put the keys in the car and left a vm about it. When I had to reach out to them about my vehicle, they weren’t aware the keys were inside. Then after looking for answers I finally got them. A thousand dollars worth! They changed things that I have been told by several people didn’t need changing and failed to fix one of the big issues I was having. They got it running again, sure but for $1,000 it should be running like a dream. The car still puts and fails to accelerate. This was one of many problems I had to come them with. You’d think for that kinda $, it would be fixed! I am extremely disappointed and do not think I will be using them in the future as I am going to need someone to actually fix the car. It’s really unfair that people, in times like these, spend a grand they don’t even have in a car that feels like it’s gonna break down again not even a month later. Sorry Jacobs. Idk why you didn’t fix it properly, for that much money tho, i shouldn’t still be having issues with my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed in the entire experience.

Scammers. Don't go here. Will add on services unrelated to original complaint totaling over 1k. Not fix original complaint and charge a credit card fee. Place is dishonest, preying on people in need. If you're looking for an honest automotive shop, don't go here.

Quick, convenient, and kind. Both times I needed work done they were able to get me in within less than two days of calling (granted, it was an oil change and headlight change). Both times I was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend.Services: Oil change
