I walked in for a tire warranty and 5 men ignored me. After a couple minutes of standing at the counter, I left. I came back in and dropped the tire on the floor. They all came to tell me they couldn't help. It was even more frustrating to see them greet and smile to the white customers. It's obvious if you're brown, you're not welcomed. I won't be back or purchase Goodyear tires again.

Thank you so much for being so helpful!!! My car started making an awful noise when I reached New Lenox and I’m so thankful I decided to stop at this garage. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel like I was truly being listened too. They were very honest about the state of my car and even though there wasn’t much they could do for it they still gave me a multitude of options. They even offered me a ride to the train station since my car wasn’t safe to drive!

I stopped in to get emissions test no waiting they were so fast I came back with my wife's car I was very impressed so I also asked for a quote on Tires for my work car and I need emissions test on my other winter car
