Reserved a full sized car the night before, went to pick it up this morning, and it was not available! I was offered a compact vehicle for an suv, since the type of car I wanted was " out getting an oil change ".Counter person did try to call a different location to see if they had a suitable vehicle, my question is:The key part of taking a reservation is to HONOR it when the person arrives! If the vehicle I was looking to rent was not available, I should have been told that BEFORE they accepted my reservation!I spent a good hour calling around the different Enterprise locations to find the type of vehicle I was looking to rent.I would think there would be a way for the rental company to coordinate with other locations and send the customer to that location to get the vehicle they wanted to reserve. This reservation was made through my car insurance, so my option to go elsewhere was not possible...I eventually did find a location in Orland Hills that had what I was looking for, but what should have taken 15 minutes (picking up a car) took 2 hours

There is no communication. I had a warning light go on the first night I had the vehicle and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Luckily it went off after I restarted the car. I had to call to get a copy of my invoice because I was getting random charges with no explanation. I returned the car early because my car repairs were finished early. Today, I get a notice that I'm going to be charged for tolls that were paid by my iPass plus a fine! Ridiculous! You should be embarrassed.

Bad place to rent a car, I booked a standard chevrolet for 91$ when I got there they give me different price of 200$ +taxes

They charged me 25.00 admin fee for 1 toll, they neglected to tell me to bring my responder if i was to go through any tolls. Called corporate and they totally blew this off. Enterprise is not a stand up company. Called and called and no results

Rented a vehicle at the Enterprise in New Lenox, IL. I received a nice car for a reasonable price.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Process was quick and easy and being able to drop car off at the shop my car was at was great. Would definitely use the New Lenox location again.

The lobby is tidy, staff are friendly and acknowledge your arrival. The inventory is better than other locations in the are. The scarcity lately is frustrating! The process of acquiring a rental is simple enough and the location is easy to get to.

Very nice efficient place. Took care of my needs and got me the car I wanted. Everything they said would be refunded was (deposit) and no issues with the car at all. Only issue I have is they do not explain what you have to do for tolls pay by plate in states that do not have that option or no cash option then you get fined 25 dollars for each toll. That was a downside on Enterprises hidden fees not anything specific to badly rate the store itself.

I was stolen money from this office since they overcharged me for 5 extra days that I didn’t even have the rental car. All because someone didn’t do their job right. Do not recommend you go there. I called their office to fix the issue & all they did was have an attitude & made it seem like I was at fault.
