I have been visiting the CVS on Nelson for years now; within the last few months the quality of service and products has amazed me! Id like to specifically mention Amy on transaction #028649. Not only was Amy helpful from the moment she had greeted me but went above and beyond by helping me find the perfect balloon and even searching for said balloon until she located one in the back! Amy also helped me pick out the perfect valentines day gifts and cards. She also gave amazing feedback on some new products I was trying out. I definitely will be switching from other realtors to continue this excellent customer service and environment. Thank you again Amy, you made my day!

These corporate national stores are sinking quickly. Walgreens included. America will long for small private drug stores in the future. Corporations have become as inefficient and lost as old Soviet model. Same overpriced items sea to shining sea and one supply chain so pharmacy shortages are national. Corporations killed free enterprise.

Almost every time my husband or I visit the pharmacy they are rude. There's almost always a complication with pick up. I have never left a bad review, but I will no longer be getting my medication here. There is no excuse to be rude to someone who is just trying to pick up their meds.

Very friendly associates! Store very well stocked and organized. I will definitely return to this location even though it is farther from my house. I will continue to come because they have a better selection that other CVS stores.

I honestly was shocked by these bad reviews - I’ve never had an issue with the pharmacists, the technicians or the front of store employees, they’re always very friendly and I have always had my scripts on time no issues. I know we all know this but it’s also important to recognize that pharmacies in general have been understaffed for a while which is stressful for them and the customers. Remember to be kind even when it’s stressful and that goes for each side of the counter.Keep up the good work CVS!

recommend going to a different pharmacy. Called the other day to no answer, to fill a script i need daily. Then called a day or so later, at this point out of my medication, was told there was absolutely nothing they could do for me to speed up the process or even an explanation as to why this wasn't possible. this had me a little frustrated, seeing as, i did my part and called days ago. I was told by the lead tech Katie that "i'm not going to tell her how to do her job" for asking a simple, non-rhetorical, question about the process of things so i could better understand. i was told it would be ready at 2pm yesterday. she actually decided she just didn't want to fill it at all and it wasn't done until today.horrific practice from a medical professional. you don't get to decide you just don't want to fill someone's necessary prescription. you also should not work in the medical field if you're going to talk to your patients with absolutely zero respect or understanding.

Lead Tech was rude and arrogant. Refused to cooperate with medicare supervisor on line with me to correct an obstacle he had to getting what I needed. Medicare asked him to call the help line, but he refused and said it was a " hypa violation" and he could not. Then lied 3 days later and said he never refused....but supervisor from Medicare HEARD him refuse and was shocked. I moved all my prescriptions to Walgreens who WAS ABLE to get my prescription approved even though CVS could not. Lead Tech should be demoted. How many other customers are you losing due to his lack of customer service skills?

MinuteClinic provider was amazing Pharmacy Technician was horrible and extremely rude. I would like for the Pharmacy Benefit manager to contact me directly. Picked up Rx at 4:55 pm on June 6th.
