I went to the CVS to pick up a prescription using a GoodRx coupon. The coupon I had with me was actually the wrong one, but the pharmacy technician looked for and found another coupon which resulted in my paying a very reasonable price. I greatly appreciated her taking the initiative to find this other coupon.

We have always had a great experience here. Jennifer, the manager, has gone way out of her way several times to help us, we both have limited mobility. She has worked with the store manager to take care of us at the drive thru when they didn't have to. Strongly recommend this CVS.

well, when they just opened, it was awesome... past few months that all changed... almost every time I call the pharmacy I'm on hold 30m. several times I just drove there to do something I could do on the phone because it'd be faster. their hours are absolutely horrible. switching back to Walgreens. the staff are nice, nothing against them. never had a bad experience with employees there. the problem is staffing and shorter hours.

Scheduled a covid test, showed up, never received a call or any info. Never had this problem at other locations.

Nice CVS Pharmacy in a newish building in New Lenox. They are right on the southeast corner of Maple and US 30. They have a clean well-organized store and are open 24 hours round the clock. We found the staff very perky and helpful. This CVS is right next to the Metra station so it is perfect for stopping off at on the way to or from work.. Recommended.

Scheduled 2 appointments for flu vaccines. First I was told that I must have had the wrong store because they didn’t have any appointments scheduled. When I confirmed this was the correct location the pharmacy told us “well we don’t have any flu vaccines and we have been waiting for them for days. You can go to another CVS.” No I am sorry for your inconvenience or any apology.

Had my doc call in a prescription there, because I'd seen it would be cheaper at CBS using the good rx coupon. So when I went in to give the pharmacist my insurance info, he advised me to use my preferred pharmacy (Walgreens), because it would be cheaper there! Kudos to the pharmacist! This was the first time I actually encountered a pharmacist trying to help someone save some money! Definitely recommendable!!! Thank you so much!

This place has absolutely everything. In addition to the vitamin bottles and medicines that you typically see in the pharmacy section, it has shampoo and conditioner, make up, candies and food, even essential oils. They even carry ice cream as well. The staff members are also very nice.

This store is so bright, clean and well organized. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The parking lot has plenty of room and with a little patience getting out of the parking lot isn't hard. I've had all my prescriptions transferred to this Pharmacy because the service is so quick and accurate
