“Reserved a minivan online weeks ago for this day, was worried if they will have any of them since it’s shortage in our area but Budget had like 3 brand new Toyota Siennas which is amazing!! Also had some troubles registering additional driver but ALI, a front desk manager made my day easier! Really cool and helpful guy. Will use Budget Romeoville more frequent. Totally recommend!”
“I just read through a lot of these reviews and am quite surprised by them. I drive rideshare and have only had the best experience with this location. Each month we have to visit a hertz location, and for the past 4 months this is my preferred location. The other locations I visited were always horrible. ALWAYS! In Mokena, my wait was shorter and the customer service is excellent, especially Mariella. They explain everything, they're very helpful if there is a problem, and they are very professional. Maybe the bad experiences that took place at this location was before Mariella arrived cuz she's freaking awesome and it seems as if she runs that office all by herself. I recently went to a different rental company because they were cheaper and allows you to work different platforms. However, I think I will be returning to Hertz in Mokena because this other place doesn't even come close to being as good.”
