BMO is great but this location is the worst, they never pick up the phone and have messed up deposits multiple times.

I find it kind of rude that their associeates will have a extra long “conversation” with one customer and hold up the customer waitings day. Im currently trying to make a account and there is one guy avail to do it whos been having a personal convo the entire time ive been here.

I attempted to report fraud by one of their customers and they dismissed it even with substantial evidence. They have little to no online security but will have you waiting up to a half hour to cash even a small check if you dont have an account with them. I have never had an account with them and never will.
