Setup 3 days in advance..
Dropped off at 8am as directed...
Noticed Vehicle was moved as I was working in the area..
Called, they stated the had to put a car if front of me, at 11am..ok no problem..called at 145pm..Stated it will be done in 1 5 hours.
Attempted to pickup vehicle at 330pm..still not done..
Terrible service..
Left hand doesn't know what the righthand is doing.
Should take care of business not playing g games on computer...
Stay away...

I recently had a new starter motor installed and I feel I received the best service I have ever received from an auto repair faculity.
The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

Just the other day I got a wheel changed. I had a very obvious problem with my brakes that they didn't tell me about. I noticed it as soon as I got in my car and had to take it right back. I should be able to trust my mechanic to call things out like that out.
I had an appointment scheduled for 2PM. They told me I can come in early at 11am and I would be the next car. They didn't look at my car until 4PM lol. They even brought my car to the back like they were gonna start (driving it, making the problem worse) and then brought it right back out to work on a different car for someone more important than me I guess.
But the thing that made me mad the most was they left my car running outside the shop for hours. Anyone walking down the street could've just hopped in my car and drove off. They wasted a quarter of my tank! It's not enough to just be nice doing stuff
like that. I'll never go there again.

I have been bringing my car in for oil changes and new tires for a while now. The service is great and efficient. I am always happy with my service and would recommend them highly.

The staff at Scott's was very professional.
They got my car fixed the same day, their facility was very clean and everything was explained to me verbally and by email with pictures showing me the damaged areas.
I thought their prices were fair, and will definitely be using their services in the future.
