by far my worst experience at a USPS store. Cornetta had the worst attitude and was not helpful at all. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

I think sometimes they mark packages delivered but don’t actually deliver it until some time later. It is very frustrating when you get a notice your mail has come but you go check and nothing! To me it seems like laziness on the carrier’s part.

Just had a great experience at this post office, super helpful employees, was able to pick up an urgent package before it was delivered today.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I came in just to confirm my address change & Melissa was absolutely awful to me and to the customer in front of me. She had a bad attitude the whole time and I said hey, can we just take a breath and relax? There's no need to have a bad attitude. As Soon as I said let's take a breath all is good, she slammed the door and yelled: "she's an idiot!" Referring to me, the customer..an idiot. So I go in just to see what's going on and I get called an idiot and the door slammed in my face. Luckily, there was a very nice worker who explained everything to me in less than a minute. I understood immediately because when people are calm and nice & professional, it's very easy to understand. What's interesting is apparently according to Melissa I'm an idiot, but studies show time after time that mean and high temper people have lower IQ's. Which Melissa was all of those. Rude, high temper, stressed, & looked very unhealthy. The woman who explained everything was nice, calm, & very fit and beautiful and very smart. Imagine that. But apparently I'm an idiot even though I have an IQ of 144. Lol OKAYDon't go to this post office unless you want to be insulted. Also..Melissa shouldn't get to have a job here. You can't act like that to people and call customers idiots and expect to keep your job. Especially not at a public post office.

I put a small package in my mailbox for pickup. Postal carrier came later that day. When I went out to my mailbox, my package was STILL in the mailbox, with my incoming mail (including a small package) inserted on either side of it! Went to the post office to complain, and asked for a manager. They said I needed to go around to the side door (by the P.O. boxes). Door was closed, so I rang the bell and waited. And waited. Rang the bell again. And waited. Rang the bell again. And waited. Finally, decided they weren't going to come unless I rang the bell non-stop. She finally opened the door and asked if she could help me. I said I needed to talk to a manager. She said the manager "Tamica" wasn't there and didn't know when she would be back. Went back to the front to give them my package which hadn't been picked up and said they told me manager wasn't here. She said, well, there IS a supervisor back there. This employee actually DID try to help, and said she would pass along the info about postal carrier not picking up my package. But otherwise, this post office seems pretty disfunctional.

I waited through 20 prompts, plus holding time to have the rudest woman answer the phone. She said how can I help you in a very not helpful tone. I said, thank you, I have a few questions about passports. She replied again in an either snottier tone, how can I help you. I asked my questions and her responses were on par with the most annoyed teenager I have ever heard, yet she was definitely an older woman. What is the problem? Why can't you at least just be civil?

I like this location because it is easy in and out, and it has the option of a self service kiosk.

This post office should be closed. The employees are snail slow, rude, sarcastic, and don't care anything about serving customers. If they hate their jobs that much, they should give us a break and quit.

I've never any anything but good service here. The location is large, well maintained, and easily accessible. I will say it is a pretty typical post office though. There can be lines, other customers can slow things down, and you just have to accept that.

Applying for my passport, the gal, was rude, inconsiderate, mumbled and was even more awful to deal with after asking her to repeat herself because i couldn't hear her. when I asked her to hand me the birth certificate, she rudely said she couldn't tell my birth certificate was "real or fake" then told me I'd get my birth certificate back after a week. At the end of this flustering process anyways, I then am told I'd get my BC back after I get my passport in 4-6 weeks. I will never return to this branch. Wish I would have gotten her name. Blonde, 20's-30's about 5'7".

This location is the BEST. Over the last two weeks I've been shipping out a total of 300 letters certified. Takes a really long time to do but each time they had the best attitude and were super friendly. They worked as quick as possible. Will be visiting again and again!

Don't waste your time with totally rude customer service. At least with the gal behind the counter with dirty blond wavy hair about 5'7, 150 lbs. I think, I couldn't see that much of her. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was working 11/10/18 servicing the far left slot when you are facing the counter. Very rude and obviously doesn't like her job. No help or cooperation to help with a very important matter. I left and went to another Post office and talk about night and day difference. Not only did they help me they took me in back and did everything for me they could and my problems were solved.

My first experience here was a lucky one but sadly, I need to downgrade my review quite a bit due to some really poor service I've received which resulted to a lost parcel, a stressful day, and having to spend more money to replace the gift I had sent my friend. I've sent a parcel here before to the same address and my friend had successfully received the gift. There were no issues the first time. The woman helping me was quick, kind, and thorough with the process. My other visit, however, was quite different. The lines were still not bad, I took a number and was called up in less than 2 minutes. The young man helping me told me the address was incorrect and I explained to him that I've sent a parcel using that address which was received successfully by the intended recipient. He proceeded to tell me I was wrong and changed the address including the zip code. I kept insisting but he changed it anyway. Additionally, he told me in a very condescending way, "Just so you know, this is the wrong zip code you have written down" to which I replied the same statement about how my friend had received the last package I sent about a month ago. He just gave me a look like I didn't know what I was talking about and did what he wanted anyway with the address change. An hour later, I confirmed that he did indeed change it to the wrong address. I called them back and I got a woman to answer my phone call who was quite rude in the beginning as well. She asked me which branch I mailed it at when I know all too well I called the one I mailed it at so I kept saying "this branch... This post office... The one I'm calling right now..." Finally I told her the complete address of the branch including the zip code after she slooooowly stated "Which (pause) post office (pause) branch (pause) did (pause) you (pause) mail (pause) it (pause) at?" Really? I can understand English perfectly fine and did successfully earn a college degree without any issue. That was completely uncalled for. I explained to her my issue and she told me she'll try and look for my mail then asked for my phone number. Anyway, I took it as a lost cause then. I don't know if it is even a normal practice for employees of the postal services to change addresses but I became rather frustrated with their service that day. Two hours later she called me back and told me she couldn't find it. I wasn't expecting them to and just like that, my parcel was lost. It's been 2 and a half weeks and my friend did not receive the parcel. We both called with the tracking number but there has been no positive result and it's honestly not worth the headache. I've ordered a replacement gift and had it delivered directly to the address the young man from this branch told me DID NOT EXIST. Somehow, it does exist but perhaps in a parallel universe. I guess I'll forgive his lack of knowledge of the existence of the parallel multiverses I'm randomly sending packages to.

Our tax dollars at work here? Horrible customer service. Terrible attitudes. We literally had a postal carrier drive not once but twice into our garage and throw packages onto the steps because he was too lazy to get out and walk it to the door (btw they were chemo drugs). Our mail doesn't get here till 6-7pm at night typically. Latest incident entailed having mail held for vacation. It was to be delivered by the carrier. Four days later we still don't have our mail. When we went to the Post Office to ask for our mail and an explanation, we were told the carrier has the mail with him. But here is the supervisors number. I called the supervisor to verify that the carrier has the mail with him. HUGE attitude with me. HELLO...we pay your salary, get off your high horse and at least be nice. Post Office-screen your employees. Get better quality employees. Until you guys clean up how you act don't you dare whine how you need a rate hike for anything because trust me, I will vote down anything that comes up for vote that the Post Office wants.
