Our Chrysler Town & Country broke down at this exit. They took it in on Monday and had it done by Wednesday. It was a broken valve spring. Drove it home to Dayton Ohio. Ran great. Price was very fare. Very professional nice staff.

It is a great place they help my husband and I for we were broke down 155 miles from home no money and I got my parts to get truck fix with no concerns of any from butch the owner. Thank u guys so very much may God bless u both.

I called on a Thursday morning and asked if they could get my truck in they said ya we’ll get it in and diagnose it Friday the next day, I drove out Saturday to grab something from my truck around 8 or 9pm, hood left all the way up over the weekend in the parking lot, called on on Tuesday to see what they found out about it, they told me they’d get to it at the end of the week, I went in on Thursday all they could do was shrug there shoulders and say they didn’t know when they’d be able to get to it. Had the flat bed pick it up that day.

Birch and his staff are friendly, quick and very reasonably priced. They did my husband's water pump on his truck on a holiday weekend and had it done in a couple hours. They changed out a wheel bearing on my car and didn't charge me an arm and a leg they also fixed my a/c in my car in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this shop if you are ever in the new Berlin area. We will be going back for all of our repair needs.
