We were traveling home from our daughter's wedding in Tennessee when the tire pressure light came on. When we pulled off in New Baden, it was obvious we had a real problem. We filled the tire and found Mission Accomplished as the nearest service--we made it there, barely, and they got us in immediately. They found a screwdriver in our tire and told us it wasn't salvageable; they then filled and put on our spare for us. They didn't charge for the service and were very kind to us. If we are ever in need of service on the road again, we will definitely try to make it there!

I went here because I needed a new used car. I wanted to see what shape the car was I, and the first car they gave me a huge report on how much was wrong with it. Of course, I did not buy that car. So about a week and a half later, I find another car, and I take it up there and get it checked out. They say it looks great! Nothing major was wrong with it. I buy the car off of the individual. The next day, the check engine light comes on. I call, and they say that they can get me in at the end of the week. I go to O'Reilly to see if it was okay to drive. They say it might be spark pugs or coils, but I would have to get a mechanic to look more into it. I have my dad change the spark plugs and coils. The check engine light was still on. I take it up there and they say there is something wrong with one of the calipers, but they would have to schedule another appointment to look deeper into it. I scheduled another appointment. I get it up there at 8am. They tell me that they have to cancel because they had 2 guys call off. I make another appointment. I call this time, and he says that they are trying to catch up on Thursday and I could make another appointment, but they had to cancel again. I called the Belleville Mission Accomplished, told them the story and they said that they could look at it on Thursday. They finally called me on Friday and told me that there were a lot more problems than the New Baden one said there were. My dad said that they probably kept canceling because they knew they didn't do their job correctly.

On Monday April 10th. I was having a bit on trouble with my vehicle. It is a Toyota Landcruiser. I thought it was the right front brake so I googled near by locations and I decided to visit Mission Accomplished Tire and Auto. It is not easy to located or at least from the direction Google maps showed me; however, I had just finished working at McDonald's and they assisted me as the manager , Laura had done business with them in the past. She said they were very good yet a bit expensive. I was hoping for the best but also thought the worse I headed over to how she told me where they were really located.I arrived and they were somewhere busy. I walked in and Steve was right there to help me. I descriptor the situation. He logged everything into the computer and I told him the keys were in the vehicle. Within a matter of minutes they had in the shop. Less then five minutes he came out to me and gave me the news. Steve even spoke to my husband and told him over the phone what the situation was with the vehicle. Even though they could not fix it they were nice, friendly, and informative. Steve did not charge me anything for looking at or telling me what was wrong with my vehicle or anything negative. I made it home safely and it is now parked till my husband decides what he is going to do.The next day, I worked at McDonald's again (which it is not my normal store). Steve came through the drive and was happy to see me and said I see you made it home and back here safely. I smiled and said Yes, yet now I am driving my husband's vehicle, giggle.I do recommend this business!

I was coming from Colorado to maryland realized my front tire was cupped bad and rest were low on my ram 4500 pulled in and they had all 6 aired up and front swap within few minutes and had me on my way very kind friendly and fast wish more businesses close to home be that way

Good prices on tires and install. The customer service was also good.However the wheels didn't get torqued properly, this is an essential part of taking a wheel on and off (assuming they got blasted on with an impact *eye roll* should have only been 90ftlb) and now I'm left unable to remove the two wheels they had off. Impact can't get them to budge, just broke my 1/2 to 3/8 impact adapter (shear strength north of 150ftlb) trying to get a lug bolt off with a breaker bar, afraid to break anything else trying. Needed to get a front axle replaced tonight but now I'm left SOL. I can't get this loose in my well stocked garage, hard to imagine if I had to try and put a spare on while on the side of the interstate with my kids in the back.Could not recommend getting serviced here if wheels cannot be installed properly.-update still can't get wheels off with my breaker bar and new 1/2in 17mm socket

They diagnosed the issue my car was having in less than 30 minutes. Then they fixed my car within 2 hours and my car no longer has the issue.They are very thorough with their diagnosis, very reasonable on prices, and very friendly people.
