I photograph Casey's and several other businesses for my job, I just want to say this store is FABULOUS! The Landscaping the employees attitudes. The cleanliness, the Pizza it's a WIN store meaning if I've had a bad day and before I get to finally go home I have to stop for something this is a place that has the potential to turn a frown upside down! Great Job New Athens Casey's!

One of the better gas station choices in the St Clair County area. Food choices are the biggest stand out.

The girl working in the back who is supposed to be making food in the morning at least Wednesday through Saturday appears to be late almost every morning because there is never pizza or anything ready in the morning. She then got an aditude when I asked if I could have one of the breakfast sandwiches that she was done preparing but hadn’t set out yet. She also when asked by one of her co workers if there would be pizza ready soon, said I’m in no hurry today and I’ve lost my will to live. This wasn’t a very pleasant thing to hear in the morning.

New Athens Caseys. Every single employee that I’ve ever came in contact with here has always been sweet. Tonight was no different. I’m a social worker, in a hurry and was on my way back to work and needed to grab a quick bite to eat and a drink…The bank flagged my card for fraud (I assumed, there was money in my account, & something similar had just happened) and the worker Alexus K. Went above and beyond multiple times trying to help me, variety of ways. It took a little bit but she figured it out a way. I was so hungry and thankful for her kindness as we figured a way so I could get ‘dinner.’ Most would have just said ‘next.’ But not her, she wouldn’t give up. These employees don’t get enough credit dealing with the public. She made my night and this business has a wonderful asset to their team. Thank you Alexus!

Just went on my Casey's app to order a Pizza from Baldwin, IL location but the app changed my location to New Athens and charged my card.I tried to call New Athens Casey's but an AI would not connect me to a PERSON.I then call Casey's in Baldwin IL and the young GIRL who answered the phone was most unhelpful.Her name is Alley and when I started getting upset that she couldn't help me by contacting her ASSOCIATE STORE she started LAUGHING.THAT'S MOST DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL.I was told her managers are Bobby and Tosh but I couldn't speak to them either!What ever happened to treating YOUR CUSTOMER WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT CASEYS???

The best gas station pizza I've ever had, and probably the only gas station pizza I've ever had. The donuts are good too and I like the Casey's rewards program.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks the pizza was soggy and definitely not cooked all the way very disappointed normally very rarely have problems here but couldn't even eat the pizza and breadsticks tasted like they were dipped in salt
