Makes appointments to take care of your vehicle and doesn’t show up, doesn’t call, and doesn’t answer the phone. Or if he does he’ll tell you he’s still coming but then doesn’t, and then doesn’t answer or respond to subsequent attempts to get a hold of him. Has a graveyard of vehicles just sitting in his lot, and the inside of his shop looks like a tornado blew in years ago but he never bothered to clean up the aftermath. And he’s the only shop here in Nauvoo. I wouldn’t waste your time cause a waste of time is all dealing with him has ever been.

Called and set an appointment to come by to get a flat repair and get back on the road. He was closer than other options so we went with that rather than crossing the river to get it taken care of earlier. He never showed. I called both the maps number and the number he called me from but never got an answer. I texted those same numbers with no response as well. By this point everything else was closed. I ended up buying fix-a-flat from Dollar General just to keep us going until we can find a real tire shop.

We were in town during a family event when my cousin's car broke down on a Saturday afternoon. While he was busy with other things on a Saturday and they were closed, Kendall still worked with us to get parts and put us back on the road in a crazy short period of time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and professional. Thanks again!

Great service but the receptionist seems stuck up. Best prices you'll find in that area. I went there for 3 yrs and have always been satisfied with the work done.
