“I moved to the area in July. After a bad experience with another bank in town, I went to Connection Bank.They were very professional, kind and helpful. It was so easy to get my account set up and get going. Over the weekend (Friday night, before Chrismas on Monday) I had an issue with an unauthorized online charge to my bank card. I was immediately notified by text, asking if I had authorized it, and given a number to call immediately. My card was immediately frozen. I called this mornig, a new card will be sent out, and my account was restored all funds by end of businesstoday. Very pleased with the quick action taken, and the fact I wasn't given the run around forever.”
