Stopped to get fuel at the BP in Nashville, IL and suddenly had a fuel issue on my Diesel pickup truck which caused the truck to immediately stop on the side of the road while I was pulling a travel trailer. Got it towed to Zapps late that night and he had me back on my way by 930am the next morning. Excellent and professional service by far. This could've been a horrible experience but Zapps made our experience so positive. Thanks again.

My motorcycle broke down on the Nashville exit from I 64. Called them for a tow and the answer was they were on their way. Only to be called back and given a slew of excuses why they couldn't come help me and my wife. Ended up pushing the bike and trailer probably 1/2 mile to the Best Western! Thanks for all the help!
