Im from Mt.Vernon however i found a honey hole of some deals with my experiences with Tims tires and all staff!! They have always helped me with used and new tires and they have also worked with me on roadside services coming out with a tire and putting it on! Excellent prices and they have surprised me with great used tires more than a few times I shop Tim's tire for tires and send everyone there direction!!

So unprofessional! Made appt. for Tim's to put on 4 new BF Goodrich white RAISED LETTER tires. They turned the letters to the inside. When I told them I wanted the letters to the outside they stated that I should of told them that's what I wanted! Are you kidding me? WHY DIDNT THEY ASK?! They're suppose to be the "professionals". And to add insult to injury they refused to make it right without CHARGING ME AGAIN for THEIR MISTAKE! I've never before dealt with a shop owner that was such a bully. Said he sure the f### wasn't going to change them for free. Unbelievable..no integrity.

When I told them that I wanted the letters to the outside they said that I should of told them that. Are you kidding me? They're the "tire professionals" Why didn't they ask? Tim, the owner, then wanted to charge me again to turn them the correct way stating "I'm sure the f### not going to do it for free." I've never dealt with a shop owner that was so unprofessional. No integrity.
