Their service department is a joke. My truck has been in the shops three times. Bought a truck from them in August of last year and it doesn’t even have 3,000 miles on the truck because it has been in the shop that much. This last time my truck had a “scheduled” appointment 2 almost 3 weeks ago, that got pushed off a week and then a week later it was still pushed off, until I had to show up there. Nathan had advised me this morning (2/12) that my truck would be fixed before noon. I was told by him three times today that it would be completed before this afternoon. My truck went in at 1:30-2:00 this afternoon and was done at 4. I was a fool to think that they fixed it right this time. I started to drive it home and then my check engine light came back on for 5th and 6th gear ratio problems not even a mile outside of Nashville. Now, my truck also has an ECM code, which never had an issue before. Basically, never and I mean never bring your vehicle to Holzhauers service department to get any work done because it will come out with the same issues plus more. Also, I bought a brand new vehicle from them the same time as my 14 Cummins and I was informed by numerous people especially ex-employees that they recycle their engine oil. So do your self a favor folks and to save yourself the frustration and headache DO NOT take anything to their department.

Sales was great but service was a nightmare. Took vehicle back for oil change and they left the dip stick out and cap off the engine all the oil spewed out and burnt up the alternator now nobody wants to return phone call they only got a star because I had to give them 1 I will never go there again even if I have to pay more elsewhere and shame on them

I never made a review, but this time is well deserved. TO ALL CUSTOMERS BE WARNED, as customer and an African-American man I’ve never felt more belittled and insulted in my life. I spoke with the salesman name Sean for four days about a motorcycle, I decided to keep my word and buy the bike then traveled four hours from Tennessee to Illinois just to be met with poor service the most racist man I have ever met in my life. This prejudice, arrogant, degenerate of a Caucasian male named (Brendan Holzhauer who is the owner) pushed past transgressions onto me of “what other African-Americans may have done to him in the past”, then discredited my ways of how I wanted to pay even went far enough to profile me an accuse someone who he has never met of “fraud” without checking any information his bigot ways left me shocked and appalled after he turned me away 20mins from closing. Being prejudice towards a person of darker tone should not be tolerated, I hope no one ever in life endure what I endured from this prejudice owner ever again, you should be sued.

I wouldn’t even give one star but had to in order to leave a review!!!! This is a very racist business! My friend drove 4 hours to get a bike arrived around 4:30 and 30 mins before close they refused to sale the bike! He wanted to pay some with card and the rest cash and the person said he can not pay with card because in the past they had fraudulent transactions with other cards. They didn’t even attempt to run the card they said he had to pay all in cash!! This is not a professional establishment and discriminatory towards the purchasers!!! Don’t waste your time or your money coming here!!! Go somewhere where else and save yourself the trouble. Owner Brendan was terrible and salesman Shawn clueless though out the whole process !! Finance mngr didn’t even speak to my friend middle man thought the salesman!!!!

I bought several cars from this dealership and had good experiences. However, their service department has seriously deteriorated. I have been waiting to get my truck repaired since before Thanksgiving and all I ever get is a runaround. The people are nice and polite and are giving me the runaround politely and I appreciate that but it's still run around. I thought that would be buying cars from here for probably the rest of my life but I don't have the time for this kind of hassle with the service department. I can stomach that kind of hassle much closer to home much easier.

Purchased a 2024 KRX4 1000 es SE and a windshield on a friday night. The salesman had it ready for me and paperwork was easy. Loaded it up and and home I went. Installed the windshield and was giving it a once over and noticed the center skid plate was not there. I thought weird but did not think of it again. I went riding on Sunday with another new KRX and asked him he if had a full skid plate and he said yes. Monday I reached out to the dealership and they asked to send pics. I sent pics and they accused me of it ripping off when i was riding. I cleaned up the area and you can clearly still see paint in the bolt holes. They told me i have to bring it to them to determine if i am lying . I live 1.5 hours away and a tank of gas pulling the KRX. Not worth it. I was forced to purchase an aftermarket skid plate (i was going to do later) now so I have protection. So if you are looking for service or support with your $25,000 purchase this is not the dealership for you. First and last purchase for me. They went silent. No Communication. Hoping I go away. Well I am!!

I've bought 3 vehicles there now. Their team is overly fantastic, when I got into a wreck with my first jeep and I called my guy, him and the credit team worked hard while I was still at work to get me the new jeep I wanted and get it all set up with everything that was needed so that all I had to do was come down, go over and sign the paperwork to pick up my new jeep.When mother nature decided to drop a tree on that new Jeep a year later, they again was very accommodating with going and getting the few different vehicles I wanted to test drive and line them up so that I could take them for a ride and choose what I wanted.

We purchased our Can Am Defender and we had the best customer service. I would recommend Josiah. He was very pleasant and not a high pressure Salesman. He took his time with us. This was the best experience ever purchasing something from the minute we walked through the door. Keep up the good work.

Buyers be warned. Bought a new roxor with a small leak around the seal where the drive shaft meets the transfer case after 10 hrs of break in riding. So far "service" dept can't answer or attempt to explain my warranty, or even when they'll have a chance to look at it. Slamming papers down saying sign here, and then abruptly telling me its her quitting time and shes going home was very distasteful. If the service dept was half as good as the sales team, this would be the place to shop. The unprofessionalism and flat out rudeness of service dept has left me frustrated after having paid in full, and now left in the dark. Hoping to resolve this soon, it's ashame how one bad apple ruins the batch. I have been nothing but polite and courteous, and expect the same treatment from a dealer as large as they. Pretty sad when you have to communicate through the salesman to get answered ?. Hats off to sales, service dept shame on you. Do better.
