Despite they requested bags returned stating they wouldn't charge for bags then charged for bags, now they said they have to charge for bags because they have to use new bags. Yet bags are still being reused past reasonable usage, 10% of our bags were ripped / leaking grain. Not sure what the new additional surcharge is about either. Frustrating - simply want straight answers, consistency and bags that aren't leaking grain down the highway.

Tom and staff are great to work, professional and always a pleasure to deal with when buying our horse feed. Tou also cannot forget the parrot who geets you as well!!
