I’ve had an account with this bank for over 2 years and been having issues where transactions won’t go through and cancel out with no warning and the bank being no help and I haven’t been able to access my account, use my debt card or pull money out of my account.For the past three days greatly inconveniencing me making it extremely difficult to get things I need. I called the bank about these issues and they said it was an issue the whole bank was having with the Shazam they use for their cards. If the bank knew they were having issue why didn’t they tell their account holders so they were informed cause several people I talk to with this bank didn’t know why there accounts where having issues. When I can actually access my accounts I will move banks completely. Would not recommend using if you’d actually like to access your money.

Is this Nashville facility any better than their F&M facility in Hoyleton ? My boyfriend and I both were going to open up our accounts with the Hoyleton Facility but on the 3 different occasions we went into the Hoyleton F&M facility ,they had what appeared to be utility workers just hanging around talking and very loudly with their tellers and we were standing there waiting to be waited on and they seemed more concerned with conversing and laughing with those utility workers from Hoyleton and taking payments for water?? If I am correct, I believe that was what we witnessed each time we were there to inquire about new accounts and we were taken back that the one teller of the ladies was more concerned with the pack of utility workers that were present . And such foul language the one man had of the crew of them. After that being the experience on each occasion we were there we decided not to open our accounts there. We were second to water bills apparently and utility workers. We found it unprofessional of bank employees . Is this Nashville facility a better experience ?

Great Bank. My family have done business with them for many years. Marla is an outstanding person. Thanks to her I was able to get my first house and my family and I will always be thankful.
