Been with xsport since 2014. Yeah it’s definitely different now with the owner change but still a great gym. Equipment will get fixed and new employees will be more friendly than some there. It’s a change of ownership so give these guys a chance to make improvements. I have a good vibe here.

I would give this gym 0 stars if it were possible. After being a member for over 10 years, I am appalled by the consistently terrible customer service. The front desk staff, who are supposed to represent the face of the establishment, are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had a few questions regarding my billing and membership, and instead of receiving assistance, I was met with blatant disrespect and attitude.
If the staff despise interacting with customers this much, perhaps they should consider a role where they don’t have to deal with people. It’s unacceptable to treat a loyal customer like an annoyance.
To make matters worse, none of my questions were addressed. I was handed a number to supposedly speak with someone (Sara) who could help, only to discover it was just the main gym line. I’ve called this number repeatedly—eight times, in fact—and no one bothers to answer.
This is absolutely ridiculous, and after a decade of being a paying member, I expected far better. This situation needs to be addressed immediately.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE.
There are far better local gyms who have much better gym conditions & employees who are there & happy to actually help.

I walked in and this short guy told me he didn’t like me to me face, caused another employee to drop my phone and didn’t apologize. Don’t care if you come at me the next time I go in but learn some manners.
I should mention that he was working in the front around 9:20pm on 10/13/24 since I didn’t make it clear if it was an employee or not. He is an employee.

charged my account! although I cancelled my membership someone knows how to hack and my bank account still gets charged! Not ever worth the dollar at this fitness location.

We have a membership for 2 years and when we signed the agreement, they told us that we could use the facilities in Batavia Sant Charles and Naperville. Now they always say that only the member of the membership has the right to the entire gym but the guest will not have access to the pools. and the banquetball courts, I let him know that I did not want to sign the agreement because my machines are not working, there is no television service on any machine and there are worms in the pools, I showed him photos and videos to the manager on duty and he told me He said that because he was a guest he did not have the right to the pools. Once again, I let him know that that is why we signed the agreement because they had told us that before 9pm the guest could enter without limitations.

If you are planning to spend money here, please do yourself a favor and don’t. Nasty equipment, space, and people. If you’re there to buy something they’ll act great and supportive. When you try to do anything else customer service wise, the staff here just wallows and treats you as if you’re there to waste their time. “Oh woah as me” is the type of mental response I get whenever I try to do any sort of processing customer service wise.
When I tried to ask for the customer service phone number, I was sat waiting 10 minutes, as the staff member I asked proceeded to start conversation with another staff member. Both screaming profanities, etc. it literally felt like they were waiting for me to walk away and leave, so that’s what I did.
My contract for pt has been extended without my knowledge. I tried walking in to get into a new PT plan with xsport, but the overall responses I got over the phone and in person were unprofessional and abysmal, causing me to want to cancel, and not continue with xsport fitness. I regret and feel shame for spending as much as I have on a place as unprofessional as this.

Great area but this specific gym has the worst unwelcoming Front desk I’ve ever been to.They should hire more genuine females to work in the front.Seeing such an unfriendly faces once walking in is such an energy drainer.Need more Friendlier staff for the price they charge.Other cheaper gyms have the best customer service but just with less amenities.L.A Fitness have such a bad reputation of having Stuck-Up Employees who thinks they are too good for a job.Sad but I’ll never come back to this place again.

If I could give this gym zero stars I would. I wasn’t going to write a review but I’m tired of them getting away with BS and calling themselves a business. I started going there this summer and signed up for personal training. My trainer got hurt, I stopped receiving services and they stole $900 from my account for services I never received. I spoke to the fitness manager Jay who lied to my face about inquiring with customer service about getting me a refund. I then went in person to have my account frozen to prevent future transactions and they took money again! I call corporate which is a joke and they tell me I can use or lose the credits but they refused to refund me my money. They are all about getting your business but once they have it they become shady and underhanded in their practices. The rims in the basketball courts are dented. They have no women’s balls and the staff is rude and extremely pushy. They’re all about sales but do nothing to make you feel valued as a customer. NEVER JOIN THIS GYM you’ll regret it and they will find and invent new ways to screw you over.

Been a member since 2020, I've seen this place go down hill since I joined. Bathrooms are always a mess, basket ball court is always littered with trash and most people don't wipe down their equipment ?. I hurt my knees last month and came in today for the first time to find my lock cut off my locker and all my stuff out of sorts and some missing. They claim now that they have limited space for lockers but never sent out emails to let people like me who haven't been in for a while a heads up. Don't waste your money or time going here. After this month I'm going to planet fitness ?

So very unprofessional staff. Most of them in the counter never how to greet their member and it look like their not happy. They don't even know how to smile and very unprofessional with people. It's too hard to discontinue the membership it take several days. He let me to wait for long time and he never apologized that the manager is not coming until I asked him. I should give zero star but it won't let me do it or else I can't post it. Hopefully your staff have fully training how to communicate with your customers. Very poor management and can't recommend to my family and friends. Bolingbrook staffs are more approachable. They know how to assist their customers.

Pretty sketch for a mid size gym. All the equipment is old and rusty. Upstairs is dark and dingy. Steam and sauna are rather small. Parking lot is busted as. Has most of the basics to complete a decent workout for any given body part though, and is quieter than a lot of comparably sized gyms

They don’t answer their phones. And are horrible communicators. They get rid of their trainers and fail to tell the customer. I’ve been waiting for three weeks for them to reach out.

FRAUD!!!
I have been member at this XSport fitness since 2017 and keep renewing my membership with "Buy One Year" and "Get One Year" Free option. I did not use the facility during covid and started back on 28-September-2022. I had 10 months left at that time but after talking to then Facility Manager he offered the same plan and I paid $449 to add two more years of my membership.
So, my mebership will be expiring on 28-July-2025.
Now for past couple of weeks, I started getting the phone call from the facility saying that XSport is sold to LA Fitness and my membership is expired and they can not honor the previous agreement because it was BAD DEAL SOLD BY PREVIOUS MANAGER WHO IS NOT THE EMPLOYEE ANYMORE.
I asked the guy to open the complain and transfer me to upper management than he said that he has NO ONE TO TRANSFER.
All he is trying to sale new membership which is FRAUD!!!
