I just came from this store I checked in and they told me to have a sit and wait, I waited for more than 30 minutes, other people were attended to and I was the only BLACK PERSON waiting and nobody bothered to attend to me, all they have to do is to put a sign by their door and state they don't want BLACK PEOPLE in their store than make you look like you are in a zoo. HORRIBLE SERVICES .

Horrible Customer service by the team there they help you enough to get you out the store quickly and twice the error they tell me they fix is not fixed . Causing me to drive to the store twice and the third time I just called I prefer going to store as calling takes a very long time. Management do a better job training your team to really take care of the client and not just lie to them to get them out the store.

Have been a Comcast customer for a very long time & I have never had such an awful experience with this companies customer service. It took me several phone numbers & automated systems to finally be directed to an agent. Once I was able to speak with someone, the gentlemen wasn’t helpful & did not listen to what my concerns were. Once I asked to speak to his supervisor, he connected me to another number that just kept ringing & no one picked up. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH COMCAST! GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY OR STREAM SERVICES!!!

I am writing this review to recommend the service we received from Laura Murillo. We moved from Chicago and our old internet service provider AT&T could not complete the move. Moreover, they said that they would send someone to help after two days. I would wait but I could not because my office needed me to work immediately. So we decided to go to Xfinity and Laura helped to set up our internet right next day. It was really needed and we truly appreciate her assistance.

I normally prefer going to the store in person if I have an issue. (Their phone system is a nightmare). I have always had great experience at this store. Today, Laura did a fantastic job helping me out because I had a question about my bill that had risen unexpectedly. She was able to lower my bill at a fixed rate for the next few years and put my mind at ease. Laura was also very patient with me, as I can be technology challenged. She did a great job and I had a great, quick visit at this store! ?

Had a huge issue with my billing and I mean HUGE. The representative at Xfinity took time to help me better understand my current billing, my future billing, and set me up with a new better plan in the same process. I highly recommend this location for anyone who has Xfinity services & want more information on their plan & other offers that are available. 5 STARS!

Scammers...Scammers...Scammers.....Be Aware..!!The representatives at this store are trying to loot you in the name of "professional installation must required at your place".(including manager at this store). Went to this store on 03/28/2023 around 1.30 PM for my new xfinity connection. The representative said that i *Must Need* professional installation at my place for my new connection. But that person and manager got busted when i talked to xfinity chat agent which confirmed me that *professional installation is not required at my place*(which most places don't required). So Be aware for this kind of scam..!! Always make sure with chat agents for your deals and installation guides.
