Terrible service. I went there to return an equipment two weeks ago. The guy at the front desk said if I need a receipt, I will have to wait for a long time. He said it is perfectly safe to return without a receipt. I returned and left. Today, I got a call that Xfinity did not receive the returned equipment.

I am really disappointed in my experience with this store. I understand there are things often outside the control of the employees at the store but at every step of the way I’ve had broken promises of follow-ups. I am going on week 7 without an activated device, 8 trips to the store and every time I am sent home saying they will open an escalated ticket and reach out to me later that day or the following. During my latest visit, I had to leave to an appointment and the manager said it was being taken care of, my device should activate later that day and he would reach out later in the evening with an update for me. Not a single call and the issue is still unresolved. I don’t know what to do at this point.

Terrible store and staff!! If I could rate 0 stars I would, we were waiting over an hour, just for them to not have us written down, they passed us and saw us sitting down for over an hour and still no help! Wasted my time on their mistake. I will not be needing their services.

Worst ran company. Do not make the mistake of becoming any type of “customer” with Xfinity. Absolute trash.
Update: your team did not help by any means. There is a massive disconnect between customer service and brick and mortar stores. After being sent to that store where I was told I would receive help, the response was “there’s nothing we can do for you.” Subject isn’t important when im paying for interest and not getting the full service or any type of halfway decent customer service, let along compensation. Again, absolute terrible company.

I work from home!!!!! Why would you choose to mess up connections on the middle of the week during business HOURS!!! Then u sent a text last night NOT nearly enough time notice!!!! Just plain disgusting and I need a credit to my damn account this is wrong!

not a single employee acknowledged me when I visited this store yesterday, poor customer service. I understand other customers were being helped but I had no clue whether to wait or whom to ask for assistance. There was another customer with the same issue.

Just not helpful or useful whatsoever. The sales reps are not knowledgeable, and the maintenance + customer service is constantly trying to nickel & dime you for what is ultimately very basic and unacceptable recurring issues, for an ultimately poor product and experience.
