Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised with this place! When I went into the toddler room, I was very concerned. It is just a hodgepodge of Little Tykes toys and such that you pay $10 to pay for. I was a bit nervous that my grandchildren might have a rough time with the walls. My latter confirms we're totally unfounded! This establishment was well run! Employees were on top of teaching my grandkids how to use the harnesses. I filled one of the team members in on the fact that my oldest grandson is DD and they were there to help him. I was a happy grandmother because the kids had a blast and were asking to go back as soon as we left. If I had one piece of advice, it would be to do something better for the Ittle Ittles. While my 2 year old grandson loved the bouncy farm I found later, I just found the place lacking for all my grandkids,

Dirty, dirty, dirty, dirty. Grody, grubby, unkempt. Mop and bucket anyone? This place even had a dirty smell upon entry. Why did I bother with this place? My nephews wanted to go. They had a good time, but, the grodiness of this place is utterly disgusting. It seems a nice place. I'd give it a great review if it were clean. I understand that any place with kids playing may be odoresque, but, they just do not keep it clean. This would be a cause for concern for the maintenance that needs to be done to the harnesses and safety equipment here. I thought it was a little dead for a weekend. Funtopia owners. Get a grip on the cleanliness issues you have here. This could be really lucrative, but, just like the stinky kid in school, you will earn a less than sparking reputation.

Had a birthday party here for niece! We would've came out better hosting it at cook county jail! The staff is rude and no help at all when it comes to helping the kids climb. The food is a complete joke! Cheese sticks look like logs from a swamp! Fries where undercooked and no season the pizza taste string cheese. Best thing was the goody bags my wife made!! I can make my own Funtopia in the basement if I want aldi microwaved food!!

Lots of fun. However, staff are rude, they have a good menu but we were only allowed to choose from a VERY limited selection due to being out of stock and things broken... also ladders to get out of areas were broken, making it hard for many to have multiple options to get out if they fall into the inflatable pit

I was pretty disappointed to pay for all day passes and be told I can't leave the facility to eat real food and come back. All thru summer the kids and I would go out to McDs and come back for another hour or so. The food is terrible here to eat as a meal and usually out of stock or expired. I'm not sure if I can support this facility anymore. It's too expensive to just work up an appetite after an hour or so and be told you can't leave and come back. There is more to do with your children around Naperville. Again I used to support and recommend very frequently until today and this "new change" in policy. Again please don't come unless you've eaten a full meal beforehand and plan on staying for more than 3 hours at one time.

The management here is horrible. They threatened to throw my husband out when he said that while promotional value on our Groupon expired, the amount paid never expires. It's literally written on the Groupon in black and white! He was showing the manager, Jonah where it said that on the Groupon and Jonah threatened to kick him out. This was after talking to a female manager that said "we never do anything with expired Groupons, you need to go to the them and ask them for a refund". Why participate with a discount company if you aren't going to follow the contract you agree to? I can tell you why, becasue it takes time to follow up with Groupon and most people won't bother, They are overpriced and a lot of their equipment was broken as well. Needless to say, we won't be back.

I took my boy to that place yesterday and we stay for an hour because it was way to challenging for him. My boy is 7 going on 8 and he already wanted to leave in an hour because his hands was hurting for trying to climb. This place is more for kids that does those kind of things. 21 dollars was way to much money for this place which I don't think I'll be coming back.

I hate giving terrible reviews but what I dislike more is being treated rudely and just faced with terrible customer service all around. Great place staffed with front customer service that clearly just have zero interest in their jobs.

This place is fun for the kids with the exception of one thing--the creeper running the big slide. We were by the slide during the 2PM time on 4/15. The man kept leaving the slide to creep on teen girls and moms waiting nearby. At one point he hit on a group of underage girls and then allowed them to cut the entire line of children who had been waiting 20+ minutes. He did this all while the young children he was supposed to be monitoring were being dragged to the top of the slide. A member of my group went to report this inappropriate and negligent behavior to the manager, who acted like it wasn't a big deal that this adult male was leaving his post to creep on underage girls. I know workers are hard to find these days, but are you willing to be this desperate Funtopia?

Really fun!Definitely for the adventure-minded (might not be worth it with small or easy-to-impress kids), but as parents of one 7-yo, there was something for each of the 3 of us.Not everything is physically easy, too, we all got pretty challenged! But some of the walls are, so we all found something fun.Bummer that the slide was out of order though, but it was all still worth the visit. Will do again.

Horrible time here, Manager Allyson has a horrible snappy attitude. We rented the place as a private event. Taken place today 8/23/20. Not a cheap place, we had a birthday party the sever came with Manager named Allyson and when they placed the party food a Hair was found from the women, And pizza was cold NOT even warm. we took the hair to the manager Allyson with and she responded with an attitude again and on top of that they didn't provide utensils NO napkins. On top of that we try to use the restrooms and there is no paper towels anywhere. Horrible service. No paper in the men's bathroom. Even as the place was rented COMPLETLY. When doing the Waver they also kept asking again for our name multiple times when we had just spoken to them. I will like to please get some type of response for the inconvenience and horrible experience. I am so hurt my kids had to experience this situation.
