We have had many windows installed by opal. The windows are good quality and the service provided was courteous, competent byand prompt. Just one problem that would have made it perfect. Opal did not ask us but told us the day that they were coming and although we made it work it was a difficult thing to do. A phone call would have been much better than an email.

We had Opal side our house with Hardie board and they did an excellent job. All of the workers were very personable and even today Jose came to do some small items that Opal found after our yearly inspection. He was a pleasure to work with. He kept in communication with us and did exactly what he said he would do.

The Opal team was fabulous. Jesse is a straightforward individual. When first meeting Jesse, I told him I had 2 ½ pages of questions. I appreciated his comment that he would get the answer if he did not know the answer. During the measurement verification process, Jack was professional and polite. Ty was great as she kept me informed throughout the entire process. The installation crew assigned was excellent. I watch their craftsmanship throughout the installation process. For me, this was the critical part. You can have the best windows, but if not installed correctly, the windows are worthless. And let’s not forget, Jose who took care of some minor things.
Purchasing windows is not a simple process and a considerable expense. The experience with Opal Enterprises was extraordinary. Highly recommended!!

I couldn’t be happier with my window replacement by Opal Enterprises. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consult with Irving, he listened to my needs and preferences.The project managers Jack and Karel kept me informed every step of the way and address my questions and concern.The crew completed the work efficiently and left the workplace clean and tidy.I’m grateful to Tara Co-owner of Opal enterprises for keeping me updated all the way up to the completion of my project.I highly recommend Opal Enterprises for those who are planning to have a renovation or replacement project.

From start to finish this experience was stress free and efficient with everything fully transparent with what to expect.
Representatives came out twice to explain in detail all costs up front. Measurements were taken twice to ensure everything was correct prior to making each window.
The crew that came out was incredibly professional and took great care to install each window with limited exposure to the elements. They picked up and cleaned as if they were never there.
The entire experience was very professional and stress free for the two days to complete our entire home.

Had an extremely productive visit with Zac. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He did an excellent job explaining the products and the installation process. We are looking forward to receiving our new door and look forward to doing further business with OPAL.
Update:
Our new door was installed last week. The installation is flawless. The installer craftsmanship was impeccable. The custom door and associated materials were beyond expectation. The new door looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company to any and everyone. They are extremely professional from top to bottom. OPAL is definitely a top notch company!

Excellent crew installing our windows. Communication from home office not as we experienced on siding project. Discount to “make things better” was insulting. Explanation for questionable communication was it’s just part of the project. Follow up from business manager after project was completed never happened.

I am very happy with our new gutters/soffit/fascia. I appreciated the sales team taking time to answer our questions and tailor our project based on our needs with no pushy sales tactics. I think our installation team did a fantastic job and was pleased how quickly and efficiently the project was completed. I was kept up to date the whole time and everything looks and works great!

A great experience through Ty and Tadek for resolving an exterior window frame issue caused by another window company. Ty worked with us to reframe our window to match our existing Hardie Board siding and Tadek did a beautiful job!
