I received the gift of a Wilton product and when I opened the box it was basically empty. Wilton will take no responsibility for it. Their response to me was we discontinued it, have a nice day. They could care less. Their customer service is horrible. Will never buy anything from them again. They told me it's the responsibility the person who had the Christmas party not them to replace it. It's their product. And they don't care.

I work for a candy shop that has been missing an order from this company for over 5 weeks now. We have been attempting to reach them in regards to this order & have been redirected / avoided entirely. They have refused to reach back out to us and help clear up the confusion. This company is completely unprofessional and disappointing as a whole.

I recently worked for this company. They are unprofessional, they have people in control of operations that has no experience whatsoever. Certain people in charge uses abusive language towards their employees and reports goes unnoticed and ignored. The products are mishandled and the the reason why the flavor is gone and there is a taste of acid is because they don't use enough sugar or syrup as the process is requested because they're trying to save money so in replacement of the proper ingredients they use a lot of wax and talc which is highly cancerous. I couldn't take working there anymore and nothing is being done about these issues after being reported.

Why does your icing in a container taste like it has some kind of acid in it. I have been buying your containers of icing for a number of years and now it has an awful aftertaste to it. Please make it the way it used to be.

Bought a, and I quote, "Angel Food Cake Pan." It is a non-stick and when I used it, I discovered that you never should use a non-stick pan for angel food (Googled it). When I called Wilton, the clerk put me on hold and came back with, "you can use that pan for angel food, but it just won't rise that much." Really? I suggested that the product clearly says Angel food, and that's not the quality cake I bought the pan for. But clerk said that I "could" use it for angel food. She was a broken record, so I'm assuming that answer was all she was told to say. I "could" use a tin can to make my cake, but that's not what the can is made nor labeled for! I gave 2 stars because pan is sturdy, but should say "tube pan."WILTON is NOT the company I had come to know!

Bought Wilton meringue powder (4 oz.). Container does not have a (toll free) phone number to contact consumer relations on container and does not have an expiration date of product!

I am so disappointed in the new Wilton icing. It is totally different from the old butter cream icing. The consistency is different. I'ts not as thick. The taste is different and the smell. I have been in the cake decorating business for over ten years and have never had a cake fall apart until you redid the regular icing. The entire back of my cake fell off as I approached the event. It was rosettes that came completely off the back and on one tier they began to slide down... it was not a hot day either. Not only has the icing changed but the amount of icing per the tub has gone down but the price has gone up. It use to be 17.99 in Michaels craft store., but now it's $20.00. I am so disappointed in the changes you have made. I am one that welcomes change but this change was not for the better.

I am extremely thankful for the customer service at Wilton. I have been working on a large cross stitch project for the last month and I was pretty proud of how much I had got done. I've been extremely excited and anxious to see the final project. Unfortunately at the beginning of the week when I went to work on it I noticed I had lost the guide to the kit. I emailed Wilton, Dimensions, and Hobby Lobby seeing if they would be able to send me another guide rather than having to pay another $40 for the entire kit. Wilton were the only ones who responded quickly and kept in contact. This morning when I opened my email there was the attachment with the guide at 0 charge. I cannot express how relieved I am to be able to continue this project and I owe it all to Wilton. Thank you to Maria Plovanich and Ker for helping me, I greatly appreciate it!
