2 complaints 1) made a call to ask a question. I was on hold 45 minutes. Computer voice keeps me updated. Finally I'm next in line. Then - nope, lunch time. I can call back or stay on the line for 30 minutes and hold my place -- really? 2) come into store for a group appt flu shot. Made on line. Have email confirmation. The trainee Lisa is doing something on computer and doesn't even acknowledge our presence for several minutes. Then she looks up our name, can't find appt. Asked out name several times. Can't find it. Starts putting our info in. (all other personnel going about business, no one seems to want to check on her or why we are standing there so long). After she gets 2 of us in, she picks up a clipboard with questionnaire that another customer put on counter and goes to another computer and starts entering info. Leaving us just standing there. Really? I say to her, as she is on other computer, forget it.

I've been on the same medication for 13 years, and every single time I try to get it refilled there's some kind of charade with this Walgreens. They actually told me at one point that the medication was discontinued and took it upon themselves to give me a completely different one, I had a bad reaction and landed in the hospital. Turns out it's not discontinued, they just don't want to stock it. Every time since has been an arm wrestle. Today I went to pick it up after receiving both text and email notification that my prescription had been filled. When I got to the drive through window they said it wasn't refilled yet and wouldn't I like to wait 15 minutes for it to be filled? They insisted I wait. I asked them if they even had the correct medication, and it turns out they didn't even have it, and they have to order it. So I would've waited 15 minutes for another round of their insistence I take a different drug.

I just love going through the whole automated system only to have someone hang up on me. Please learn to use your phone system!

This store is a mess, things packed onto shelves like they don't own a stock room. The store manager seems unprofessional and doesn't know how to run a store. She'd rather gossip with her workers. The shift leads seem pretty undertrained. The cashiers are actually fine. The assistant manager is the only one who knows what he's doing.

Got the COVID booster shot yesterday. Easy on line appointment. Same day! They have a small room where they administer the shots for privacy. The pharmacist was very helpful and caring.

I've been to a few other locations and recently switched my prescriptions over this one. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The past few times i've been there I talked to a tech named Kelly. She was super friendly and got me in and out! This staff is always so patient and willing to help me out with any insurance issues- they always seem to go above and beyond! I will continue filling my prescriptions with this location!

I went to your store on June 23 with a list of items I needed. Since I was in a hurry, I asked Mike to help me find all the items I needed. Mike was very courteous, efficient, and answered any questions I had. You're very fortunate to have such an outstanding employee and so are your customers. Rose
