Nice store. I love the prices on laundry detergent and fabric softener, you can always get both on sale as they have sale prices often. I can usually find the buy one get 1 free sale on a few different brands, and this location is always well stocked.

The rudest pharmacist ever at this location. You call to ask a question, and after speaking a few words, she cuts you off. Today, I called to have an RX transferred. I said I'm calling to have an rx transferred from....and she interrupts with, "Where is your RX, right now?" I said that's what I was about to tell you. Then she let out a big sigh. A few months ago, I had an RX filled here, and the same pharmacist said it would be ready in 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, I returned to the pharmacy to pick it up. She said it wasn't ready and I needed to wait. I waited 3 hours (at home). I finally called bc it was almost time for them to close. I asked if I could come now to pick up the RX bc it was for my son who had pneumonia and he needed to go to bed. She again was rude, saying she was too busy, but I could try again in 30 minutes and see if she got it done. How does the time go from it will be ready in 40 minutes to it's not ready 3 hours later? I used to be a pharmacy tech for many years with Osco. If we gave someone a time, we stuck to it. I'd never treat a customer so rudely.

The store was clean and organized with easy outdoor parking. This place also has driven through pharmacy. A Citi ATM machine. Short waiting time to get helped. The staff were all courteous and professional. Got my passport photos taken at this particular Walgreens. You got two printed standard passport sized photos for the price you paid. If for some reason your photos were denied by the passport issuing agency, you can get your re-take at the same location free of charge. They are also capable of taking passport photos for different countries. Unfortunately, found country Taiwan missing. I have made suggestions for them to add Taiwan. There are many people in the US who are from Taiwan. The digital camera they use seems to be a bit outdated as well as low in resolution. Someone I knew did a passport photo set a year ago from this very location, and the resolution was much higher. There is an inconsistency there. Worked with three different staff in the photo section, two were more knowledgeable and know what to do: Tammi on 2/20/2022 and Toni on 3/3/2022). One seemed to be somewhat clueless, Rachelle on 3/3/2022. She seemed unsure of the specifications I was looking for, gave me a full refund and suggested that I go elsewhere for passport photo. She could have consulted her manager before sending me away to Walgreens competitors. Overall, I still feel comfortable recommending this Walgreens for passport photo because you can always get a re-take if first set doesn't work out. The price is the same as CVS, and cheaper than the United States Postal Service.

Great service throughout all departments. The pharmacy is efficient and friendly. In all departments staff are happy to answer questions, help with locating products. Sonya in the Beauty / Personal care section is terrific at helping with product selection.

I was not too thrilled to get turned away at 5:05 pm last night, after driving to the 713 E Ogden Ave Walgreens in Naperville, straight from being discharged from the hospital...to pick up antibiotics that I was supposed to begin last night. I checked on the maps app for this Walgreens' hours the following day once I got home, and it said 8am. I got there at 8am, only to see that the pharmacy itself is not scheduled to open until 9am. Ok, so I sat in my vehicle until 9am. Someone came in about 8:50 and turned on lights. At 9am the drive up was still not open, nor were the main counter shutters. I tried the drive up call button, but no one came to answer. So, I called the pharmacy, but( hung up after hearing countless times that: "we're sorry, but our pharmacy staff is currently assisting other customers") ...because the counter and window employees had finally managed to drag themselves in to start work at 9:13 am. A miracle!

I'm here way too often picking up medication for my mother. The pharmacy always goes above and beyond with any of my needs. The staff here is very friendly, fast and efficient. They deserve to be recognized. The retail store is well-stocked, clean and there's always something extra to pick up on my way out. Highly recommended!

Still love the service at this pharmacy location, but I HATE that with Walgreens' recently updated phone system you can no longer leave a message for the pharmacy stuff like you could in the past. You can only call when they're actually open. Frustrating!!

this location has a horrible pharmacy. we have been going here as a local resident family for several years...spending literally thousands a year....and the customer service at the pharmacy just gets worse and worse. Rude, unprofessional, untrained on the erp systems, lazy, slow, you name a labor deficiency and they have it in spades! Just had yet another recent nightmare episode trying to get a prescription filled....I'm done. Moving on to CVS or Jewel. Or maybe an online service? See ya Walgreens.

This WalGreen's is a pain to get in and out of. The parking lot is pretty small and weirdly laid out. That being said, it is like a lot of other WalGreens although it is pretty well organized and they seem to keep this one a little more organized than some of the others. Staff is usually decently friendly and the prices are the same as the others.

I'm not a big fan of getting my medicine and my chocolate at the same store. Considering the lack of organic products here, I would give the place only one star. However, it is of because of the lady named Carl who works there that I am so attracted to returning over and over again for a bottle of Benedryl or a bag of mini Snickers. It is her spritely Frau Blí¼cher personality that is like a magnet to me. Thank you for your centuries of customer service, Carl. I hope you live on forever.

I have to say that Walgreen's in general is one of the most expensive pharmacies in this area. A 7 day antibiotic for an ear infection here cost me $150, it was a z-pack and I know those are pricey, but it was half that at Target, and cheaper still at Meijer - not to mention Meijer now provides most antibiotics free of charge - like amoxicillin.
