Had appointment for 9:30. Drove 40 minutes to attend appointment on time. No one was there. Tried calling and no one answered. Called the "business center" and had to leave message. Kept checking back and finally saw a man unlocking the front door at 11:00 am!!! I had email confirmation of appointment in hand and no apology. When got phone back at 1:00 with new battery, the manager did not even offer a discount for taking up my entire day. UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Fast service and always friendly. They do a quality job. I had my screen fixed on my iPhone, there are places that do it cheaper but the quality wasn’t good. The phone barely worked. So I found this store and it’s worth the bit extra for a like new repair. I would definitely recommend them
