Mohammed needs to be trained. He doesn’t know how to apply a manufacturer's coupon for meds. Walmart does and they offer free delivery. Mohammed initially told me to come back another day because they close in 30 minutes and the coupon has too many numbers. I guess typing a total of 12 numbers in all is a challenge for him with only 30 minutes, lol. I told him he has plenty of time and he can enter the numbers in just like everyone else has in the past.
Long story short… GO TO WALMART PHARMACY DOWN THE STREET. Much better experience.

I have had several poor experiences at this pharmacy. They have given me the wrong dosage of my medication, not given me one of my prescriptions that was due, and just generally lack a sense of urgency. They seem understaffed. Some of the staff has been very rude while some are very kind and apologetic. At the end of the day, demeanor matters less than efficiency and effectiveness, and giving the wrong dosage of a medication is not only unprofessional but also a safety hazard. I would recommend finding a different pharmacy.

I'm leaving a review because some of you are lying through your teeth. The pharmacy is literally fine. It's the people who come in that have no idea how to function as an adult that hold up the line and make everyone wait 40 min just to pick-up their prescription.
I can't tell you how many times I've had to wait behind people who ordered to the wrong store, are demanding refills NOW, asking the pharmacist to check a million coupons etc. I'm literally standing behind you people so I don't know why so many of you are just blatantly lying in these reviews. I have literally had zero issues picking up a prescription here. I walk up, I say my name, I confirm my address, I pay and then I go home. It's that easy...Some of you need to take accountability and realize you can barely function as an adult.

Pharmacy hours are only during the week. Not open holidays or Sundays.

Too bad I live close to this store and have visited it a few times too many. I’m done. You can’t print pictures because the booth doesn’t work, staff is mean, they take wayy to long. Just order inline and if you need anything go to jewel Osco instead.

I've been going to this Walgreens since it opened. In the past 2 years, the service has declined so much, especially at the pharmacy, that I plan to move all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Too bad, this place used to be great. Every time I pick up a prescription it takes 20 minutes of waiting in line to get an already-filled prescription. Meds are almost always out of stock, and it's impossible to get anyone on the phone.

This is my local Walgreens and, nearly every time I go there is a new problem or issue.Problem #1: They haven't sold milk for months, the fridge is always empty. This is a core item to have at any drugstore, especially if you have kids at home.Problem #2: Was told I received all my prescriptions when leaving Walgreens, turns out they didn't and I had to go back because they forgot.Problem #3: Systems are down. While a long (10min+) transaction was going on at one register, they opened up another register which didn't work, then we moved to the beauty register, which also didn't work.Problem #4: Crappy hours for both store and prescriptions. Should be open earlier and later a few more hours.I want this location to be great since it's the most convenient location wise, but I'm going to start going to other places.

Incredibly bad service with prescriptions. Every prescription refill seems to be delayed by days. They intentionally never pick up the phone when customers call.

The worst pharmacy. My dr had to submit my daughters meds twice and they still “couldn’t find them”. It’s a joke. The lines take an hour, I always have issues with them. Avoid at all cost! I’m finally switching to a different pharmacy.

The people there are nice, but they are overwhelmed with too much buisiness. The way to help them is to transfer all your prescriptions to another place. For me, I am amazed at amazon for retail, and now they have prescriptions, so, I bet they're gonna figure out how to get it done. Give your soul to amazon.

I walked around an EMPTY store for over 15 minutes before someone asked if I needed help. When I was finally asked I was told that the ONLY individual that was able to help me was unloading a truck and I needed to wait another 30 to 45 minutes because no one else can help with a photo. RIDICULOUS!!! Hire more people.

How does a major pharmacy lose computer access and the ability to perform their basic function of filling prescriptions for more than a week? Willing to put your patients at risk in the name of profit I guess. Worse they’ll let you schedule online then show up and tell you the computers are down (10 days now) so they can’t help. Literally the worst pharmacy in Naperville.

Terrible Walgreens! Very lazy and unresponsive management. Pharmacy is also very slow and rude. This used to be a decent location. It seems that corporate has forgotten about this store.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is utterly incapable of answering the phone. I received a message that I needed to contact them about a prescription. Called on 3 different days and spent over an hour on hold each day. Finally had to call and ask for the store Manager to get the Pharmacy to pick-up. It is ironic to me that I can't reach a soul (even when it says I am the next caller in-line) and yet I will get an auto-generated call twice a day telling me if a prescription is ready. Walgreens needs to change its model - my wife quit using Walgreens a couple of months ago because of bad service and I am going to after this experience. Pay the money to have someone answer calls as their only job...most are likely not even something it takes a pharmacists to even help but would clean-up the issue of the endlessly ringing phone.
