I don’t write a ton of reviews, but Sonja at the beauty counter is AWESOME!! She is extremely helpful and deserves to be paid more than what she is getting I’m sure :)

Naresh went above and beyond regarding our passport photo experience with our toddler. Our daughter was not willing to take a photo and was very loud and upset about it. We were about to give up when he had a great idea for how to help out. At the end of the day we got the photo and I’m so appreciative of his help.

If any man I've had many bad experiences this Walgreens since about November or 2020 when I went to get a covered shot there's a substitute pharmacist she is too busy he had to go eat lunch somewhere else and that's not a regular pharmacist and my mom is a pharmacist so you know Walgreens and been in business since 1903 start by Charles Walgreens somewhere in the metropolitan area of Chicago my mom worked on for 64 to 92 you could talk to people call the pharmacy and reach and run away now you have to go through an AI system God and they're putting all the work on the consumer and getting antibiotics cuz I have loose stools is not an emergency well it is when you got to go you got to go so the master bedroom floor is full of dried poop and I'm currently a 6 years for a farm D I know that my mom is 4 years it's a class of 42 Ohio State early 50s made it 5 years and now it's 6 years and but CVS is open longer open earlier and but this one's at 1200 ft from my house and if they get it they can fill it and waiting for my PCP to call if he doesn't go tomorrow I've got another day of loose stools and hopefully they can just drop it off tomorrow cuz it's I don't currently have a car to drive and my wife doesn't get up early enough and she's mad as hell I have poop all over the the carpet and she's tiny in a woman not a pharmacist I have two daughters that are doctors and they're smarter than this the pharmacist but they're busy and if you think of your son is busy working downtown Chicago I spent 65 hours a day outside of the office had to catch the train and go walk down at least when I was working I use their bathroom but I'm glad I don't have to work anymore I can get up and do what I want but now I have to be careful cuz I got poop on the floor and at some point I'll get the prescription or the body of a cure itself if I don't pick up the prescription they have it on the shelf and nobody's touched it I'll still get it and when I'm there I'll go poop all over the floor in the bathroom or on the carpet by outside the pharmacy cuz when you got to go you got to go the staff will have to clean it up and I'll do it right by the pharmacy they said I got to have this prescription on the floor I know where the bathroom is during covid you couldn't use the bathroom we couldn't drink the water from we go to the bathroom the same water fountain was there yeah it's it's the world's full idiots no it's not a competition we're always

Jenn from the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me out. I've never been able to create a rewards account with my phone number and without me even asking her, she offered to figure out what the problem was and fixed it for me. It took a few trys but she was determined to help. I've gone to walgreens a million times and the cashiers always just say sorry the phone number doesn't work. I really can't express how much I appreciate her going out of her way to make my experience here better!

Don’t go here. They don’t even know what they have in stock. I was told multiple times that my prescription was ready, then I was told that it would be ready in 30 minutes, then 30 minutes later, it was magically on backorder. They have no idea what they’re doing.

Gave two weeks notice that I'd be traveling through the area and would they have my prescription in stock and ready. They said yes, only for me to show up and learn they couldn't fill it. Then was lied to (according to other Walgreens) when she said she couldn't see who had it in stock.
Then the young lady said to go to another Walgreen pharmacist, and that they could transfer it. Drove twenty minutes, only for the other pharmacist to tell me I was blatantly lied to.

the dog water of pharmacies. I was over charged for my RX and the pharmacist was rude as can be. She kept using phrases "as I've explained to others" and "we cannot accept refunds of medication", neither of which I was asking to do, I just didn't want to pay hundreds more than necessary. I'd rather die than come here one more time in my life, this lady is a straight up A*****

Every Walgreens in the area is poorly run and understaffed. This location is no exception. My wife was in pain all night after surgery because the dullards who work here couldn't put pills in a bottle three hours after I dropped off her prescription. IF YOU'RE CONSTANTLY BUSY, HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

The pharmacy is very poorly run and the staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I had an appointment for a flu shot and showed up 5 minutes early. I was third in a line that didn't move for 10 minutes. Several employees walked by to take care of the drive-up window or answer the phone but no one seemed to care about the people inside the store. By the time I got to the window there were 7 people behind me. I had filled out my info online but I still offered my insurance card just in case. They said that they didn't need it and to take a seat. 20 minutes later I asked how long it was going to take and they said that they were very busy and it would be a bit longer. Why offer appointments if you don't honor them. 5 minutes later they asked for my insurance card and then had me sit down again. After another 5 minutes they asked me to fill out an information form which asked for the data that I had entered online. I mentioned that I had filled it out online and they said that it hadn't come through, which means that someone forgot to print it out. At this point I left and made an appointment for the next day at CVS down the street. I was greeted at CVS within 2 minutes of my arrival and had my shot and was able to walk out within 7 minutes.

Writing as I wait for someone to show up at the pharmacy drive thru window. Been 30 min with not a person seen, not during lunch time either. Seems quite understaffed as I see several clients waiting inside as well who arent helped.
