the dog water of pharmacies. I was over charged for my RX and the pharmacist was rude as can be. She kept using phrases "as I've explained to others" and "we cannot accept refunds of medication", neither of which I was asking to do, I just didn't want to pay hundreds more than necessary. I'd rather die than come here one more time in my life, this lady is a straight up A.S.S.

Every Walgreens in the area is poorly run and understaffed. This location is no exception. My wife was in pain all night after surgery because the dullards who work here couldn't put pills in a bottle three hours after I dropped off her prescription. IF YOU'RE CONSTANTLY BUSY, HIRE MORE PEOPLE.

The pharmacy is very poorly run and the staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I had an appointment for a flu shot and showed up 5 minutes early. I was third in a line that didn't move for 10 minutes. Several employees walked by to take care of the drive-up window or answer the phone but no one seemed to care about the people inside the store. By the time I got to the window there were 7 people behind me. I had filled out my info online but I still offered my insurance card just in case. They said that they didn't need it and to take a seat. 20 minutes later I asked how long it was going to take and they said that they were very busy and it would be a bit longer. Why offer appointments if you don't honor them. 5 minutes later they asked for my insurance card and then had me sit down again. After another 5 minutes they asked me to fill out an information form which asked for the data that I had entered online. I mentioned that I had filled it out online and they said that it hadn't come through, which means that someone forgot to print it out. At this point I left and made an appointment for the next day at CVS down the street. I was greeted at CVS within 2 minutes of my arrival and had my shot and was able to walk out within 7 minutes.

Writing as I wait for someone to show up at the pharmacy drive thru window. Been 30 min with not a person seen, not during lunch time either. Seems quite understaffed as I see several clients waiting inside as well who arent helped.

POOR MANAGEMENT-We came in looking for water, we asked the young lady to check if any was I. stock and she called over the intercom for help. 10 minutes later, to calls out for a manager (some other issues happen and she couldn't check anyone out) and four calls saying 1C3 and she is still waiting for someone to help her. Very POOR MANAGEMENT and I really feel bad for your employees. Leaving them to get yelled at because you do not want to come help.

The store was clean and organized with easy outdoor parking. This place also has driven through pharmacy. A Citi ATM machine. Short waiting time to get helped. The staff were all courteous and professional. Got my passport photos taken at this particular Walgreens. You got two printed standard passport sized photos for the price you paid. If for some reason your photos were denied by the passport issuing agency, you can get your re-take at the same location free of charge. They are also capable of taking passport photos for different countries. Unfortunately, found country Taiwan missing. I have made suggestions for them to add Taiwan. There are many people in the US who are from Taiwan. The digital camera they use seems to be a bit outdated as well as low in resolution. Someone I knew did a passport photo set a year ago from this very location, and the resolution was much higher. There is an inconsistency there. Worked with three different staff in the photo section, two were more knowledgeable and know what to do: Tammi on 2/20/2022 and Toni on 3/3/2022). One seemed to be somewhat clueless, Rachelle on 3/3/2022. She seemed unsure of the specifications I was looking for, gave me a full refund and suggested that I go elsewhere for passport photo. She could have consulted her manager before sending me away to Walgreens competitors. Overall, I still feel comfortable recommending this Walgreens for passport photo because you can always get a re-take if first set doesn't work out. The price is the same as CVS, and cheaper than the United States Postal Service.

Don't do PCR tests here. They DO NOT send it out daily like they say they do. There are no controls in place and no one knows anything. Per their pharmacy manager, they have no idea where in transit your sample is or if it was actually shipped out. Aegis labs, on thier end, completed testing and we had results within 19 hours AFTER they receive it. This delay by walgreens has caused us to reschedule our flights. Complete unnecessary headache.

Great service throughout all departments. The pharmacy is efficient and friendly. In all departments staff are happy to answer questions, help with locating products. Sonya in the Beauty / Personal care section is terrific at helping with product selection.

I was not too thrilled to get turned away at 5:05 pm last night, after driving to the 713 E Ogden Ave Walgreens in Naperville, straight from being discharged from the hospital...to pick up antibiotics that I was supposed to begin last night. I checked on the maps app for this Walgreens' hours the following day once I got home, and it said 8am. I got there at 8am, only to see that the pharmacy itself is not scheduled to open until 9am. Ok, so I sat in my vehicle until 9am. Someone came in about 8:50 and turned on lights. At 9am the drive up was still not open, nor were the main counter shutters. I tried the drive up call button, but no one came to answer. So, I called the pharmacy, but( hung up after hearing countless times that: "we're sorry, but our pharmacy staff is currently assisting other customers") ...because the counter and window employees had finally managed to drag themselves in to start work at 9:13 am. A miracle!
