Alfonso was rude and wouldn’t help me with what I was looking for. Act like I was being annoying for being there.

I switched to this pharmacy from the target cvs in Bolingbrook purely for the drive through, since I have babies and it is hard to get into target when they are sick. However, it is MUCH harder and way more time consuming to get anything from this Walgreens pharmacy then loading my kids up and going inside target. I was told different info by everyone I spoke to, nothing was automated or efficient- it was a horrible experience. Within less than a month I am back at target cvs and will not switch again. If you’re thinking of switching to this Walgreens, do not!

Wish I could give the Pharmacy 0 stars! On multiple occasions this pharmacy has messed up my prescriptions. They acknowledge their mistake and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. The last straw for me is them shorting me on my insulin. I will now have to go for a month without my insulin and don't know how I am going to do this. As everyone knows insulin is very expensive to pay out of pocket. Who am I kidding? It's expensI've with my copay. Already transferred to Osco!

Don't make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the trouble, read the reviews, don't waste your time, and go to an alternate pharmacy.

I have been going to this Walgreens for 10 years. But never again. I am having my prescriptions transferred. I went to the drive through window on my motorcycle, as I had for the past several refills with no problem. After waiting in line behind several cars. (With my engine off to be polite) the pharmacist looked at me and said "I can't serve you because you are on a motorbike" I told her politely that I had been served on the bike before. She said "get off your bike and come in the store". No politeness in this Caribbean lady. And this is not the first time she has been rude either. She was rude before when I was in my car. I called the store manager who seemed to really not care, but did confirm that there is not a policy on motorcycles in the drive through to his knowledge. So I transfer all my prescriptions to Oswald's and will stop going to walgreens alto there. Local business. Always nice. Good service. This Walgreens location is rude and at best simply lacks consistency and training. They won't get any more of my money.

I ate the MiraFiber candies you sell, and shit half of my weight into your bathrooms. The reds behind the counter made my nipples erect for some reason. Also, the blue rhino propane tanks outside are smeared in shit. Would rate 0 if possible

Actual conversation had with the Walgreens pharmacist:Me: Oh, ok well I can't afford that rx even with goodrx. WP: You should go through insurance. Why didn't you put it through insurance? *starts putting it through my insurance. Me: It's more through insurance actually. I already checked.WP: If you go through insurance it goes towards the deductible though. You should go through insurance.Me: I can't afford it. WP: It goes towards the deductible though. Me: I have less money in my bank than the total of that prescription, how do you think I could pay for one even more expensive through my insurance?WP: It goes towards your deductible though. Me: My deductible is irrelevant if I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR THIS. I left. I will not return. How a pharmacist in America cannot grasp that a person can't afford a prescription and to keep badgering them to even pay more for the sake of a deductible (which I have never met because it's so ridiculously high thanks to American healthcare) is appalling. Its terrible training and terrible customer service. It's not worth the convenience that it's walking distance from my house even. I can't deal with your pharmacists anymore. Each one is less useful than the next and now they are apparently out of touch with their own industry. CVS it is for now on.

Pharmacy staff is not pleasant- need customer service training . No reason that by now employees haven't changed knowing customer service is most important.

The worst service ever. They don’t know how to do their job. Just pushes you around and keeps you waiting.

Not enough staff and every time I go in this location it smells very strongly of weed. Has been when no other customers are in the store, only the overnight staff! Alcohol is also legal but you aren't supposed to come to work drunk so why does Walgreens allow staff to be high??

f I could give zero stars, I would. This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Doctor called in a prescription for my infant son with an ear infection at 530pm . I called, they said it'd be ready at 730. Send my husband to pick up. They tell him oh, no this says 830 it'll be ready. My son's already in bed by now, so we wait till the next morning. Husbands goes at 8am. Still not ready, it'll be another 20 minutes, they're backed up. Unreal.

Wish I could give negative stars. They did not give enough of my daughter's liquid antibiotic and Mohammed REFUSED to correct his mistake. Don't care about a child's health. I can see why this location gets such low reviews. I swore off Walgreens years ago I should never have come back. Well as I told him, I'll be complaining to the attorney general's office. He chuckled when I said that!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I was told that I ordered my daughter's prescription too early and could pick it up Saturday. I asked if I would need anything from the doctor because they are unreachable on the weekends. I got an automated call that her prescription was ready. My husband went to get it and they said he could pick up Monday instead. He told her that I was told Saturday and she said the provider would have to call them for them to give it any sooner. We are leaving for vacation and need to have enough of this medication for the duration of the trip, hence our need to refill it sooner. We have one remaining refill on this prescription as well. If the first person I spoke with would have told me Monday, I would have had the doctor call it in sooner, but she said Saturday and assured me it wouldn't be a problem. This isn't the first time the pharmacy has messed up. I'm over it and we will be switching pharmacies.
