I just got helped by Angie in the drive-thru. Not only did she immediately fill something that they had not filled yet, but she even found a coupon that saved me $200 off of something that my insurance wouldn't cover. What an amazing customer experience!

The Walgreen's Manager, Cameron, knows and practices GREAT Customer Service. I entered the store about 15 minutes before closing. I could not find waterproof 1 inch adhesive tape in the store, even though 'shop on line @ walgreens.com' stated that they had some available to pick up. Cameron took the time and made the effort to accommodate me, the customer. I left one minute before the store closed with the product I needed.Cameron is an asset to Walgreens.Thank You, Cameron.David

This is the worst run pharmacy I've ever encountered. Good luck driving up and getting your Rx in less than 15 minutes.

Horrible attitudes and service by the staff. Slow, and they appear just not to care...have "take it or leave it" approach. Too bad, because they are the closest to our home - but I rather drive an extra 2 miles and get some decent, caring service elsewhere!!

The wait times are a bit high, but they manage to get my prescriptions done on time. The pharmacy has improved a lot. Drive through is slow at times, but other than that, I've had good experience. Rida is straight up the fastest and nicest pharmacy technician I've ever had assist me. I wish I had energy like that. She also doesn't hesitate to tell you the truth. No matter now rude the customer is, the staff manages the situation professionally. Rodrigo and natalia have great customer service. This Walgreens has improved a lot and it's honestly because of the staff. As long as there's a staff who knows what they're doing, the pharmacy will flow well.

Horrible horrible customer service here. Completely unprovoked, cashier made little quips at me the entire time she was checking me out. Will never return to this Walgreens again - Emily needs to learn to have a better attitude or get fired.

Stores hours say they open at 7am Email that I received from them say they open at 7am Arrived at 7:07 on my drive to work Not open Employee yells at me from inside, "We're closed!" Terrible customer service

My doctor sent a prescription to Walgreens on Book Road on Monday. Later that day I checked on the status and it said the prescription was "in process" and wasn't ready yet. I checked again the next day and the next two days and got the same result - still "in process". The following day I checked the status again and the result was "there are no prescriptions in process" - my prescription had disappeared ! I called the pharmacy and they told me that they decided not to fill the prescription because there is a similar OTC medication that would cost four dollars less. They never told me, they just unilaterally decided not to fill my prescription, while all the while stating that the prescription was "in process". Fortunately, this wasn't a life threatening situation, but if it had been, my life could have been jeopardized without knowing anything about it over four dollars !

If I could give them zero stars I would. This evening, as I went to the cash register, I saw the cashier a few feet away unmasked and speaking to two other unmasked patrons. She then came over to check me out. Thankfully she then put on her mask but I asked "isn't it required for patrons to wear masks?" She said yes and I said "shouldn't you have told them they cannot be inside?" She seemed to not care and allowed the people to still stay in the store. The patrons overheard my conversation as they ironically sanitized their hands with the stores products and said "what's the problem I'm 6 ft away from you." And I responded "you're required to where a mask inside". Why was I the one to say something? I was so disturbed not only that the patrons were not kicked out for abiding by the rules but that the staff of the store wasn't either. The management of the store needs to review the rules and guidelines with the staff and make sure they are being unforced. Unbelievable....

Very disappointed in the pharmacy staff. Every employee of Wallgreens was wearing a face mask. Except for one pharmacist who was filling a prescription and breathing over the order she was filling. How dare the rest of her staff behind the counter not say something to her, how dare her jeopardize the person who is receiving that medication, and how dare the manager for not being up on all his employees. And how dare Wallgreens not make this mandatory for all their f****** employees.

I had a great experience yesterday and feel compelled to share it. I recently left my job and started a new job, am without benefits until May 1st, and want to avoid having to pay a small fortune for COBRA. I was ready to pay the full price for the prescription I needed, and then before I knew it, Drew behind the counter found a coupon that he could apply, and it saved me a ton of money! His going above and beyond the call really made my day!

Walgreens on any locations are terrible when it comes to customer service store and pharmacy department! I went to the one in Book Road and 95th- pharmacist and tech are horrible! Looks like they hated their jobs! Pharmacist went over the instructions of medicines to take like she's reading a litany to herself. Not so friendly like yoU are a bother to her! I would transfer all our records of preferred pharmacy to CVS which by far staff and very friendly and helpful. Save yourself some aggravation!
