If i could give negative stars, I would. Alison was one of the worst employees and was a massive disappointment into assisting my friends and I at the photo center. We waited near an hour for a confirmed photo pickup while making smirky and rude remarks towards us throughout. She continued to leave us waiting when we had our confirmation and we're waiting for her. After a large amount of time, the photos were on the counter right in front of her the entire time.

Mark is maybe my favorite pharmacist I’ve every interacted with. He is helpful and good at his job. Everyone else who works here is also very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work.

After surgery our doctor made an order of drug prescription(4 hours ahead of our arrival) for my wife, and they didn't do anything because she had her maiden last name on their database, after recalling them and confirming that her last name was changed they told us that they will let us know about 1 hour when the prescription will be ready. They never did that, we kept calling for updates after 1 hour untill it was ready for pick up. Very bad experience

If you are looking to be talked down to and have a miserable experience, visit the Pharmacy during the week when the female pharmacist is working. In all my life, I have never experienced such a rude individual that obviously needs to find a new career that does not interact with customers.

I just couldn't sleep without sharing this experience....tonight the cashier checking us out who's name was ally was a sweet little angel. you could tell she was a little nervous, almost like it could have been her first day? but I hope the manager sees this & gives her a raise because she did so good!! good s*** ally!!

I had just went to this Pharmacy to purchase a morning after pill and from the second I pulled up to the window, the woman was incredibly rude. When I told her what I needed, and the fact that I was too embarrassed to go inside to purchase it, she then told me they most likely didn't have some but then came back with arms full. She then kept quiet and barely said a word to me. I felt like she was judging me the entire time because I may look younger than I am but that's still no excuse to judge someone for buying the contraceptive. I was extremely embarrassed the entire time being there to the point where I cried because of her attitude. I understand people have rough days but that's no reason to have the attitude they have, especially when the customer says they're already pretty embarrassed from the start. Unbelievable customer service on the pharmacy's part.

This place is a lifesaver and always has the odds and ends my kids seem to need for school the next day. The employees are always professional and friendly.

This Walgreen's is short staffed. We were greeted as we entered the store and told there was a 5 to 10 minute wait for passports photos. Twenty minutes and I am still waiting with my two children. Horrible customer service. Update: The manager did not charge for the passport photos. Her apology seemed sincere.

Hindu lady that has glasses works there. Has the most disgusting attitude ever.. told me my photos weren't ready I asked her 2 questions.. ignores me. Being noisy looking at every single photos I have.. ends up finding my photos, threw my photos on the counter at me with an attitude and walks away.

I just went in to this store to pickup my 2 prescriptions. I usually go through the drive through but I was not feeling well so I wanted to pick up some cold Medicine as well. I stood at an empty counter for 5 minutes while 2 young girls counted pills and the pharmacist took care of cars at the drive through. I left as one of them finally offered to be with me shortly. I went to pay for my cold medicine at the front counter and the clerk was stocking shelves and ignored me. I set the medicine down and walked out. I WILL NOT BE BACK!! There are other locations to fill my prescriptions who actually want the business. I used to work as a supplier to walgreens and they were terrible to deal with on that end as well. Steer clear of them if you have a choice and we all do.

I am going to switch pharmacies due to the rude staff in the pharmacy. This is the third time I've filled a prescription and been on the receiving end of incompetence and rudeness.
