I’ve been sleeping on a Verlo mattress for 10 years now, and I just had it updated at a nominal cost… way less than a new bed. They have quality products and knowledgeable staff, not to mention courteous and careful delivery men who arrive when promised. You can’t go wrong here!

We have been ordering Verlo mattresses for our family for 18 years. We purchased our first mattress from a local store in 2006. In 2013 we Purchased 11 new mattresses for our lake house in Wisconsin. Eight of those were custom-made to fit the built-in spaces in a bunk room that sleeps eight. Last month we ordered a custom-made California king mattress for our master bedroom. We are extremely happy with the quality and comfort and customer service we received from Verlo. We will continue to turn to Verlo for all of our Mattress needs.

I’ve always had a very good experience with Verlo in Naperville. The product is excellent and the customer service is amazing. There are no high pressure tactics involved and I feel that I have received every bit of product for which I’ve paid. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else.

Jonathan helped me decide which mattress was best for me. MOST helpful with information but not pushy or over-bearing. Very clear on what the mattress was made of, how I would receive it, etc.etc. Answered questions I hadn't even thought of.

Returned to buy 2 more mattresses, my father bought his in 1979 and slept on it every night until his passing in April 2023. The innerspring mattress I bought in 2006 is still being used today, the mattresses I ordered are a custom size for my rv. Just wish their pricing was either more flexible or more comparable to other rv mattress makers.
