I’ve been with Verizon for 13 years and this location has the worst customer service. My phone wasn’t connecting properly to Wi-Fi which is also through Verizon, and spoke with the manager who wouldn’t even look at my account or offer any solutions to seeing if it is a phone issue or a router issue. They were happy to help me purchase a new iPhone a couple months ago but could care less about helping me when a problem arises. Disappointing.

I recently decided to switch to Verizon from TMobile, at first very excited for the deals and all, but after placing my order there was so many issues, my phone was never delivered, people on the phone sucked, and their best advice was to cancel order because for a new customer I had to come in the store.. at this time, I had regretted my decision to switch from my current company.. decided to give it one more try and went to the store.. Mason was the one to help me, and he did an AMAZING job. After I explained my frustration, he was so nice & he literally placed my order all over, and I walked out with my phone 20 minutes later. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MASON! If I could give him a thousand stars, I would!!

Have second line it's not working, keep calling get help all get run around. But want me pay full price even though phone not working correctl. Verizon not worth it, over priced. I won't recommend Verizon, plus they said going send me a new phone never did. But they can collect you're money fast, but when have an issue never solve the problem. I don't want even give them a one Starr.

I went in with an easy fix that ended up taking 30 minutes to fix but the employee Tim spent the whole time doing absolutely everything he could think of to help!

I was with T-Mobile for 10 years & decided I wanted to switch to verizon. I went in this store, the verizon worked named Pedro told me if I switch over my bill will only be $160-$180. I get my first bill & its $563!! On top of that he gave my bf an apple watch 2nd generation when he was supposed to give him the 9th, hoping we wouldn't catch on. He signed us up for the most expensive plans for all 3 lines. & added insurance to all devices when I did not ask for it. He also said I didn't have to trade in my old devices for 30 days & would not be charged which was wrong information. Not to mention, when I left the store my phone wasn't even activated after he supposedly turned them on. I had to go without a phone for 24 hours. These workers must be so desperate for these commission checks cause he really screwed me over. DO NOT GO HERE!

Been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and I have to say that this is the BEST store I have encountered. Great customer service with the intent to help and save you money. Treated my family and I great while also keeping total time spent in store at a minimal. Would highly recommend.

We went in for a very simple transfer of service from my husbands family's plan to mine so we could be on the same plan now that he was due for an upgrade. I got a call this morning from the store that we should call to transfer the line on the phone. We got to the store and they said the line didn't transfer. We called the number before going in to get a new phone and it brought us to a link that kept bringing us nowhere. At this point we are in the store where the sales man has no clue how to help us and just walks away after telling us to call customer service. Customer service kept bringing us to this same link. Finally my father in law went to ask the manager for help as the first sales guy was completely uninterested in helping us. The manager Mike was the only helpful one but we still had to wait on hold forever on the phone with customer service as they claim the store can't transfer lines. We sat in the store during our two torturous hours there wondering what exactly is the point of the store if they can't do anything. Finally we got the line transfer sorted and there again was nobody to help us except the manager. He got us our new phones and then we waited almost 30 min for them to bring them out to us. The worst Verizon store ever. I never want to go back to another Verizon again. If I have to I'll go back to the Batavia one who at least was interested in helping you.

Another great experience!Came here hoping they would help me to set up my phone. I ordered my phone online, picked up at the odgen store but they refused to help me setup anything just told me to do it at home. To set up required wifi and the store has no wifi lol and its Verizon policy to not assist customer for new phone(I don’t believe for a second that’s the company policy lol)Stopped here asked for help, they were glad to help! I told the agent who was helping me, the store manager happened to pass by heard what I said, she immediately called the other store spoke to their managerThe manager actually try to argue with her....And the manager said well the customer is actually in front of me my staff is helping him now!Anyway, the store staff took their time to help w my phone, setup everything. They also had to call a couple Verizon customer service to make it work....I was there probably two hrs, no wonder that store didn't want to help me lol

the associate was unhelpful and played with his phone the whole time I needed help. Will go to the oswego location from now on since the staff is lazy here.
