My mom broke her phone last night. She went to this Verizon today with hopes of having help getting a new phone and setting it up. While she had struggles obtaining her email passwords to set up her phone (her mistake), the customer service at this store was incredibly disappointing. She came home in tears due to the rudeness she experienced. She arrived during her lunch hour for help and ended up having to leave and come back due to the length of this dilemma. She went back as soon as she got off work (6:30 pm). The employee helping her with her phone was aware that she would be coming back. He was incredibly rude and rushed my mother. I understand there are strict business hours, but as someone who has worked in customer service for years, employees should understand that you help customers that arrive before 7 pm and finish helping them. This employee (Kevin) is the manager of this Verizon, making this situation and his behavior that much more unacceptable. My mom stated that his tone was extremely condescending, he kept looking at his watch, and my mom ended up leaving without her phone set up at all. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service as we have been Verizon customers for 25 years and because this behavior came from the manager of the store. This needs to be made right as we have been made to explore other cell providers.

Absolutely the worst place to go; if you're looking to go here, don't waste your time. Your representative **son was extremely rude, extremely condescending and displayed poor professionalism. It seems that customer service is not a required skill set to work at this place. As I'm on the phone, and in the store with a Verizon representative, his childish demeanor had me leaving your facility. She asked me to go back in so that she could speak with him, to which I denied the request, and left the facility. I get finding employees is slim pickings, but my god this is the bottom of the barrel.
Three representatives were in there today at 5:00 p.m., and not one of them could be bothered to get up; let alone say hello. Judging by the other reviews here, it's seriously a wonder how this place is even still operational. The worst part of this? It was all over a sim card that was already set into the system for me to pick up. Do better with selecting, and training your employees.

I ordered a phone online and I was approved. But then, when I called, they said that I wasn’t approved. So I went into the store, and The application was blocked on their end, and said someone would call me within 24 hours. They didn’t call. So I called them two more times, I talked to the same people, and they said that certain information was not matching, But They wouldn’t tell me exactly what information was needed.

Horrible horrible experience at this store with a young lady who didn’t know what she was doing. Now my entire Verizon account is screwed up with incredible amounts of charges I never signed up for.

Is there sufficient training provided to ensure the competence of these individuals working here?My spouse obtained her Verizon service via this establishment, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. Subsequently, when she decided to switch her carrier, an unexpected fee of over $300 was imposed for contract termination – a condition we were never adequately informed about or agreed upon. This has been an extremely exasperating ordeal.If you are contemplating a move to Verizon, I strongly advise AGAINST considering this particular location. There are certainly superior alternatives available, offering more commendable services.Safeguard yourself against the possibility of falling victim to deceptive practices.

I am giving 1 star because they won't post if I don't give any stars. If you are a business I would suggest NEVER using Verizon Wireless at 111 E Ogden because it is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Their business managers Elliot Villarreal & Shaun Crawford will do what they can to get your business and then NEVER RESPOND to you once you run into issues. Elliot upgraded 8 devices and left all of the old devices on the account, which left me being double billed!! Now I am left to fight with Customer Service regarding a credit because they are too coward to deal with the problem that they created! I had to report the local rep to the 800 number and was told that I would be contacted by a Regional Manager to discuss it further. Guess what, NO CALL has been received!We pay $1500 a month and can't get the time of day from them! This is absolutely ridiculous that we are going through this! If you are a business, RUN FAST from Verizon and go with another carrier that aren't thieves!!

I haven't ever left a bad review (1 star) on here, but this experience was so horrible that I had to. This store basically told me that they couldn't resolve my issue because "they have no power" and let me leave the store without any resolution. I am paying for a phone that I never received and they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do to help me. They even went to the General Manager of this store and this was his response too. So I am paying for a phone that I don't have and even threatened to leave Verizon after many many years with them and they said "ok". DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE if you want to resolve any issues.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS service! I came in here only for a SIM card, refused to give one , even though we already paid for it. Well we called HQ, they actually offered to SHIP one to us, no questions asked! These lobbyists are getting ridiculous!

I've been a Verizon customer for a little more than 20 years and the service at this store is unacceptable. I went in today to purchase a new Pixel 7 or 7Pro (I wasn't sure which I wanted and was looking for some knowledgeable advice/insights). When I walked in. someone took my name and said I was "next in line" for service. I thanked the associate and went over to the Pixel devices. After standing there...and standing there...and standing there, I looked around and noticed I was the only customer in the store. But there, on the other end of the store, were three male associates --including the STORE MANAGER--just standing around watching the football game on their in-store TV. One of the guys, while turning to make sone innane comment about the game to the manager, noticed my cold stare, and poked the manager, who finally came over to me. I asked if I could hold the phones, so get a feel for weight, etc., (The phones, because of the security devices, could not be pulled more than an inch off the pedestal--which makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get a hand-feel for the phone. While continuing to keep shooting glances at the all-important TV and the game, he mumbled that, for security reasons, I couldn't hold the phones. I started to say that I would probably go to Best Buy before making a final purchasing decision so that I could get a feel for the phones. (Best buy has security cords as well, but you can pull the phone out about two feet from the pedestal, making it much easier to feel the weight of the phone, and test for one-hand operation.. But all I got out of my mouth was, " I think I'll go to Best Buy so..." The manager, still looking at the TV, didn't even acknolwdge me and said, "Okay" and started to walk back to his buddies huddled around the TV. When I said I was sorry the game wa smore important to him that my business, he said, "Oh...I just heard Best Buy." Well, that's all you HEARD because you DIDN'T LET ME FINISH MY SENTENCE. These jokers are pathetic. I DID end up going to Best Buy where not onlky one, but two associates assisted in answering my questions, looking up additional specs, telling me about the issues reported by other customers (apparently the Pixels overheat) and were more than helpful in telling me which Best Buy stores had the phones in stock in the color I wanted. Hope that football game was important to you,.
