We went to Verizon today with a problem about our Internet and also a question about international travel. Cassie replaced our Internet box and answered all our questions in a very timely fashion. We were very pleased!

Jacari was great but I left feeling bamboozled by the $199 fee, PLUS an upgrade fee PLUS taxes on the device. Upgrade my phone after 2+ years was anything but free, as much of your advertising says.

they are not offcial verizon retail store. they will offer sweet deals but nothing is guaranteed how your plan will be charged. pay attention to your bill.
i never got the credit they say i will get for the new phone i purchased there. i stoped by a couole of times and called veirizon more, and finally decided that it was,not worth my time.
i will opt out of verizon first chance i got

I’ve been trying to get my bill fixed for 8 months now. I’ve been to the store 3 different times and I’ve called Verizon another 5 times. The sales rep who originally did my re-contract seems to have done very shady stuff that no one can seem to fix. Do not use this store. In general I would avoid Verizon considering when I called to get help on my bill issue because the store wasn’t helping, they said, we can’t help you, go back to the store. After promising me to fix it 4 other times in previous calls. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and I’ve been overcharged hundreds if not thousands of dollars at this point.

Jeremy was incorrect about so much! So regretful that I went over there & switched to Verizon.
Have had to go back sooooo many times with little to no resolve.
(There was one very helpful female employee one of the times-don’t recall her name)
otherwise you wait For Hours to ask even a basic question
I ended up sitting on the floor for several hours just waiting for a turn.
No awareness nor manners with the workers who do not even offer you a chair, stool, bench-anything.
Watch out for stores which aren’t the main company run ones-they have less knowledge and don’t even have access to all regular promotions and such.
We were flat out lied to, they signed us up incorrectly-even though I kept references the reason we were coming to them as well as the specific incentive as to why.
We have been trying to get away from Verizon for 3 years.
Phones and phone plans vary when they work or not-even paying for the highest most expensive plan(s).
Horrendous service and Lack of customer service.
Choose literally anything else…
