I wish I could put no stars. A mail carrier vehicle hit my car a week ago. I spoke to Cheyioa and she told me her manager Andre would came later that day. He came a week later to investigate unexpectedly. The person sent rang the bell and then tied to leave before I open the door, had to run to catch him. He asked me to pull my car out and upon seeing the damage he acted like that was nothing squinting to see the damage. . I told him, I have her on my ring moving around the car but from the angle you can’t see her hit, but it made noise, otherwise the Ring would not started recording.
Then he started shaking his head like no that’s not possible even before speaking to me and implying the dent was insignificant and like I was bothering them over nothing.
He then tries to rein-act the accident on my very incline driveway to prove his point. since it happened on the street in front of my house which of course in not inclined but he had no interests in moving the cars to the actual location where it happened.
He kept asking me where I think it hit, like I know! Every place I guessed, he’s was no no no that doesn’t line up, it’s not possible. quickly realized this was some complete B.S formality and nothing would come this investigation. I even asked him why did he even come and was it to just to waste my time!? He continued blow it off as nothing
Luckily my dealership will fix it without a charge. I trusted that a mail carrier knows how to drive well enough that they don’t hit a parked car!
Trifling to say the least. Service is poor and they really don’t care and will do anything to escape fault. This lady will have her karma for lying, because what goes around comes around. Update: I see her in my neighborhood daily and why did I see her almost it another parked a car!

I go to in to ask for help changing my middle initial to AJ, which clearly states on their letter, that it's another letter and they won't help me. The lady told me that I had to go back over to the other Post Office which has the manager. What post office would not have a manager?

For the love of God, do not come here if you see that Mary is manning the desk. She has no intention of helping a single poor soul who ends up at this post office, and she is not interested in doing the singular job that postal workers are meant to do: get your packages from Point A to Point B.

I have never been to a post office before that was so kind and fast. Thank you Anna!

I would give zero stars if possible. Mary at the front desk was one of the most unfriendly humans I’ve met. I hope she has a better day, and finds a job that isn’t quite such a struggle for her

Extremely rude employee, Mary. I came in at 10am on 4/3/2024. She seems as if customers are interrupting her relaxation time. She shouted at me for not taking off the prior packaging label on my small return. It took one second to take off. She was rude to the customer before me as well.

It’s wasn’t the worse I’ve see. But it wasn’t the best either. Lady who attended in the evening of 8/1 was very short and not as helpful as I would of liked. I get it was the end of the day but a smile goes a long way. It’s a nice location. Just not as nice of service as I would have hoped for.

Made an issue about my package not being taped, and that I would have to buy it. So silly and pointless smh

Extremely bad service … the lady at the counter was shouting at me because the package need additional wrapping. It’s very disappointing that they are still allowed to help customers when they seem so angry at the customers and what they are doing.

I don't know why the employees here are some of the rudest USPS employees I've ever encountered. I needed help mailing a letter, and the address I had gotten had both a PO Box and street address. I showed the clerk the address, and they gave me the nastiest attitude while there was a line of customers. I felt so embarrassed and kindly said that I was just asking for their help and they just looked back at me without offering help, took the letter, and said "next." So unnecessarily rude.

Next time you want to chat with a friend, do it outside of your work hours. I came by and nicely asked if I could send something out while the lady was gossiping and I was presented with the rudest “please wait”; fortunately, the other woman stepped away and said we will chat later.
