I have never written a review about a post office before, but I had such a fantastic experience with Amanda. I ran into a little issue with my passport renewal application, but she patiently assisted me. She was extremely helpful. Thank you!

I prefer this post office. I am always treated kindly, and the staff always does an excellent job. I like that the staff takes their jobs seriously, by that I mean they are very direct with their responses and are knowledgeable.

This location has successfully lost a $900 item on 1/8/24. It is now 1/18/24 and they still haven’t updated where it is..”USPS Naperville in possession”. My USPS has advised it is lost while the sender in IL will now have to give my refund of $900 & they are now out that money AND the item!!!

I go to this post office pretty often to get packages scanned and I like the staff actually. Mostly at the time I go, it’s either Ron or Frank at the counter and they are always helpful and nice. Even though I could just drop off the packages in the bin, I take it to the counter and Frank scans them for me anyways. People like me leaving positive reviews live in the neighborhood and we know our post office and the staff. They have been there for years and do a good job.

The white lady behind the counter definitely had a problem with Indians / South Asians. Very rude . Passive aggressive. We had to wait and get things sorted out and noticed how friendly she was with another customer (guess the race ;))

They are all just so miserable. Like they hate being there. Worse then the people working at the DMV! If you’re so miserable and hate your job that much, get a different job! ??♀️

They have lost 3 of my packages in a span of 6 months. I have never lost packages at any other USPS location in the area. Avoid this place at all costs.

The man behind the desk said I had to tape up the package, I asked for tape, he said I had to buy it. Then I was asked to step aside while he helped another customer and right in front of me he gave another customer a massive discount on shipping. I didn’t get any discount on shipping. Why… Going to file a formal complaint.

If you (especially people of color), can choose a different location for passport, go somewhere else. The staff name Frank is extremely unfriendly and passive aggressive.

I have already lodged a formal complaint regarding our postal delivery person. There hasn’t been any improvement. Today we once again received a package and some mail that wasn’t ours. The actual owner of the package lives blocks away. The owner of the mail is a few doors down. One week they delivered our neighbors meds to our house. Their address was clearly typed on the package. Also, they stuff things in our mailbox that clearly don’t fit. The door broke off once already! Please, address this issue. This is ridiculous.
