Excellent service, excellent response time and excellent knowledge amongst everything else that was provided. “It's an indoor dealership. Owner has about 25 to 30 cars. From z3,z4, g35, 350z, firebird, and a bunch of others. Only drawback is that you cannot take cars out for test drives due to insurance policy... someone wrecked one of their cars and now no one can test drive... only finance through a union.”

“Overall a decent experience. Dealership is very clean and both my salesman and the finance department were not pushy. Tom specifically was friendly, knowledgeable and not condescending. The car I was interested in leasing was actually on the lot when I arrived ( no bait and switch) and we were able to come to terms I could live with. Not 5 stars because I spent A LOT of time "pre planning" with the Internet sales person and what we discussed was " conveniently" left off of my notes. That was extremely upsetting, however my salesman ( as is his job) was able to get pretty close to what I originally wanted. Time was also a plus. Everything was extremely efficient once we settled on price. Total time from start to finish was 2 hours, so not bad. Overall I would recommend, I have had much worse experiences at other Mazda dealerships.”
