$2.15 to print out my return shipping label.$2.15 for a black and white sheet of paper.It shows as miscellaneous non-taxable item on the receipt so you know they’re making up arbitrary prices.When I complained about the price, clerk just stared straight at the computer as if I was talking to the elephant in the room.If I had the time I would’ve driven the mile down the street to FedEx to pay 15¢ for the 1 sheet of paper and come back to ups to ship my box.Time to reconsider buying a laser printer for the 20 times a year I need something printed.$2.15 everyone trying to nickel and dime you.

This was my go-to location as it is close to my house, the only down side is they close at 6:30pm wish they close laterA lot of time, it get busy after 6pm which is reasonable as most of us are just getting off work coming here to get thing doneThey always have 3-4 employees working, sometime still has a line.Staffs are friendly and knowledge of what they do

I had a very sweet girl help me with the whole process of shipping a toy for my niece. Never shipped through UPS before but she made it a very nice experience and was exceedingly helpful! She had pink hair and I think her name was Maddie! Such a nice young lady!

This place is run by cheap and greedy people. Customer service sucks because, instead of providing basic UPS envelopes and supplies for free, here they force you to buy envelopes. And this is for the service for which you've already paid a couple hundred bucks.

Went here for notary service and no one was there who could provide the service. Everyone working here should be able to provide any of the services you promote you provide. I don't know about any other day, but today you get a ZERO!

I never had this kind of pricing model. I had to print 20 attachments of printouts and i sent that as an email to this store id to print it. They told me that, the color print would cost 49 cents and i accepted for it and they said 2 $ for the system usage. All went good till this moment and the store person told me that 2 $ has to be paid to open each attachment. It means that 40$ has to be paid to open document and give print alone on top of the printing cost. I denied it and came back. I dont suggest anyone to go here.

Really bad service. Tried to drop of a Amazon package. Charge $5 to print and then they won’t accept it u less it’s a Ups envelope. The staff is rude. Best to avoid this store

Hello,ATTN WORLD!! I visit this location on 07/03, I had a disaster poor experience at this location. The employee (Nada) was racist, he greeted, respected, and acknowledged every Caucasian person that entered the ups store, until I was next in line. Nada didn't greet me back, no eye contact, and he stared at me like I was a monster. That's after I greeted him first. I was dressed professional, I had on my long maxi summer dress. I carried myself like a black gorgeous woman was raised to be, with respect. As I stepped up and I greeted Nada, and I began to talk, Nada seen a another Caucasian woman step up, he completed turned away from me while I was talking and standing at the counter, and then nada assisted the lady like I wasn't there. I ask to speak to the manager, he (Riley) the manager was standing there the entire time, watching one his employee treat me poorly. He witness it, he had a smirk on his pink ugly face like he got pleasure in seeing me get treated poorly. I expressed my concerns about Nada. Riley didn't say a word, he raised his shoulders, and started to talk over me, asking me how many pages do I want to be had. Fast forward to this morning at 9:55am I received a call from Paul the owner. I knew that it wouldn't Paul end well when paul says to me, well you are the one who called to complained. Paul called me with a chip on his shoulder. He was beyond rude, paul talked down to me, and continues to talk over me. I couldn't get a word in. Paul had the audacity to tell me to don't pull the race card with him, in the middle of me trying to explain to him what happened. Paul immediately became irate, argumentative, ignorant, combative, and disrespectful over the phone. Paul was yelling at me so loud that I had to hang up on him. Then Paul emailed me, telling me what not to do, and not to come back to the Ups store. Paul is the owner! I understand why your team/staff members are ignorant and racist! you are the example! Respectfully, Paul, l'm asking to you nicely, please refrain from contacting me! I'm trying to help you sir. I serve a POWERFUL GOD! I'm one of God's favorite humans. I will prevail! ?Paul, Nada, and Riley, No good will come to you all! You'll see. If you contact me again Paul (the Owner) I'm going to filed a police report against you. I feel threaten by you. Please leave me alone. I didn't contact you, YOU CONTACTED ME MORE THAN ONCE. I have never experienced such hatred, wickedness, and racism from a owner, and his staff. Have a productive day! Thanks.

They charge $5 per notary stamp. Go to another UPS. Every other location charge $1 per stamp. If you have a real estate transaction, you will need need 20+ stamps. It’s way overpriced!

2.15 to print a return label for a place that prepays packaging for item to be sent back to them and on top of that they tried to have me pay for the packaging. Not the first time this place has done me wrong. They even lost a few of my packages.

I generally just go to drop off returns that either already have a shipping label, or have the QR to return. It's quick at this location and I've never had any issues.
